The truck had a check engine light on and tire pressure was stuck on so I couldn't read the mileage. The person checking us out didn't give a receipt before we left with the truck so I have no idea what the mileage was when I started and when I returned it. They charged me for 26 but I don't know if that is correct or not since I could not verify with my own eyes. I tracked how many miles we went and it was not that amount but since I have no record of starting and ending mileage I can't fight it.

Driver side sun visor broken. Looks like it has been that way for some time, and it should be repaired. On a different note, I returned the truck at 5:55 PM and since the office door was locked, I had to go through an EXTENSIVE procedure to figure out how to process the return. This was done with my mobile phone, and took over 30 minutes. In the end, after creating and verifying an account on th U-Haul site, logging in, verifying my device for logging in, reconfiguring my device for location permissions for the phone's camera, the instructions were this: Drop the truck's key in the key drop box. I wish I had been advised of this procedure when I picked up the truck. The key drop box was in plain sight, but the procedure for returning the truck was not posted. I wish the office had stayed open until 6:00 PM, as was displayed plainly on the front door.
