No one there during business hours, had to use the drop off box. And your corporate e mailed me stating I hadn’t returned the unit. Quite frustrating

Lisa LThe owner/manager of this site had an off site location and there was only one truck there which was bigger than I wanted and I was forced to take it. The employees at the regular U haul site were very helpful and drove me over to the site. The regular site had several smaller trucks that would have been better for me re: size, loading and unloading my motorcycle, as well as gas. The larger truck I was forced to rent had a large crack in the windshield, the floor was all muddy, and obviously costed more. I have rented a lot of vehicles over the years from U Haul and this was only time I was not satisfied with the service.
Robert RBrandon, manager of some sort in Tupelo, MS, awful customer service. Several conversations went badly and he admittedly charged extra non-valid charges because he was angry with us for not wanting to follow through with a change of drop off location he initiated without our consent hours after picking up our rental. Will 1000% never be using U-Haul again after these interactions. U-Haul should be hugely embarrassed by how we were treated BY A MANAGER - district manager he said. We followed the directions of his employee exactly. Y’all need to do better by your customers.
