We were on time and no one was there. Then I saw my credit card and they had charged me an extra &66.63 and said we were Lste! We were not Late!! And I want my credit card refunded!! Until then I will not recommend U/Haul. Dincery, Nona and John

I had problem with uhaul reservations. I would ger a confirmed location and then. I would get an email telling me that the confirmed location did not have the size truck I wanted and then I would get another location that would be a problem. This happened to me twice and it took me over 3wks to finally move without me having to cancel.
I had to drive an hour to pick up a uhaul which was inconvenience for me and my family. I spoke with the customer rep and asked for a 26â€ and he went over what I wanted and he put in the system I wanted a 15â€ which cause me to drive an hour away when I could have picked up a uhaul in my hometown
UHaul emailed me a pick up location in Robinsonville, as requested, however this location did not have the trailer we needed and were unwilling to locate a trailer. I had to call another location who located the trailer we needed in Tunica, MS, 15 miles out of our way. This reservation was made 26 days before the move, online. NEVER AGAIN, will I do an online reservation, waste of time, as NOTHING was how I had requested.

I rented a 5'x8' trailer. The door on the trailer is 4' wide. I have a design in mind that would improve the door opening and make loading much easier. I hovered hell loading the trailer through the 4' door.
Everyone at U Haul are always courteous and helpful. I have rented from U Haul several times and has always been good experience.
At first I was told I could not drop off vehicle because the person was not there. Then I was told he was there. The office was cluttered and not up to what I would expect of U-Haul I was charged an extra day for being one hour over the stated time. I requested the vehicle for April 7 but had to pick it up the afternoon of April 6 because of the businesses hours. I should not have been penalized because of this.
Uhaul u guys have on of da best rep I have ever had a conversation with.. She is the most caring person I have ever met.. Ms Leslie I really appreciate ur ?? ma'am... U just don't how special u r to me.. If ever u need anything for me or from me just ask..
toke to long to leave with the truck i had to to go to fear to get the truck they computer was messing up i got there at 2 didn't leave until after 4 i thank i need some of my money back for all the mess i went thought with uhaul i been get a uhaul every year and this the first time i ever been thought what i did yesterday
The card reader was not working and it took nearly an hour to get everything done. It was in a backroom of a gas station and wasn't very organized. It was understaffed and I think that made the most difference. I wouldn't pick up from this location again.
They did not hold my reservation. When I arrived to pick it up it was not there. I had hired workers waiting on me. I lost approximately three hours of hired labor/ help loading. They eventually got the truck back for me but I had to wait on it three hours.
Have the clerk to explain more about the routing amount and the way it works because I ended up spend $200. which is totally ridiculous....i didn't understand where my money went to $200.seriously I thought was gonna get something back even when the sign said save $25. If u fold the covers and sweep the truck out...bad communication bad salesman then mileage was off from the printout I had a picture of the mileage but had accidentally deleted the picture so I ha6no proof I charged it to myself but it won't be another time they get me

The dealer's computer was down & just handed me the phone for me to provide my AMEX # to "someone" that had not even identified his role --- later, after 3 requests, it was thought to be someone in the regional Uhaul office. After my further questioning, they explained the contract would be emailed to me, since the dealer was unable to receive a hard copy. Also, the Right Rear tire had NO TREAD - totally slick.
No one at location knows what is going on. I took over an hour to get a truck returned because they kept having to call for help. Poorly staffed
I truly believe that I was overpriced!! Worst service ever
The cashier checked out about 10-15 customers while I waited for him to get to me. Very poor service.
in a hurry when I dropped off u-haul no one there to help me 11:30am on a week day. Plus they robbed me for 52 dollars I put 95 dollars in gas in a 20 ft truck and only drove 350 miles. They said tank was below 1/4 but it was barely below a 1/2. They parked on a slope so it would read low. had to leave and trust they would do me right when who ever takes care of the uhauls made it to work. I thought they would be honest but I was wrong. I wouldn't want these people associated with any business I owned. They lost my business and my companies business for you. Need to inspect your locations place was dirty and hard to find and the people are crooks. Never had a worse experience in my life
Very rude and seem like they did not know they were doing. Did not take my paperwork and said " just unhook it and go. I e-mailed a letter to you the day I returned it.
i reserved trailer and received e-mail notification it was ready but in a town 45 minutes away from my local store. I showed up and only person who could do paperwork on rental had left and no one else on site could rent trailer. After an hour waiting on the person to get back I called u-haul and a Leslie in customer service took care of me over the pohone. Leslie from U-haul was great but I will never use this pickup location agian.
My only complaint was there was some delay on the computer, and the food smelled so good, I almost bought some chicken (Dinner was waiting for me at home!)
It took an hour to complete the paperwork...we got the wrong truck....we did not get the pads we ordered...they gave me someone else's paperwork to sign off on...the vehicle was not inspectrd....I could go on, but I think you get the picture...
i will never use this location again i had a 2:00 pickup and had to wait 45 minutes for help and it was cold so no this location sucks and there customer service is very shity
