The site was a little clunky and could not complete the check out n before picking up trailer.

No problems at all. Location manager was very helpful and quickly got me on my way.
John PI had to go miles out of my way to get truck. Had to get bigger truck, that used more gas. I put gas back to where I got it. I was charged $50.00 for gas. I am a retired military spouse. We used this company MANY times. Never had any problems. Now my husband is gone. Though I made a good choice, for a company to take care of me. Thank you Have a blessed day!! Mrs. Wilburn
ZACHARY PEasy drop off big parking lot
Todd NA bad U-Haul hoax? I returned the one-way rental, a 4 x 8 trailer, to the assigned the location on the evening of my arrival, only to find the place closed (it was just before 6 PM and I had hurried my drive to arrive before the posted closing time). I returned again the next day, Sunday. Again, the place was closed and looked desolate and uninhabited with a nasty ‘Don’t Even Think About Parking Here’ sign on a gate to a big, gated lot. Finally, early Monday, wanting to rid myself and my car of the need to drag this trailer everywhere, unable to even park in my own driveway, I returned the trailer for a third, after 8 AM. Again, closed, despite a website that said otherwise. I phoned the number listed on the contract only to get a message from the proprietor saying he was in school until 11 AM and would open after that. I phoned UHaul. After 20 minutes of holding and being sent from one person to another, I was assigned a new drop-off location. When I arrived in this warehouse district, the office door was open but the office interior looked like the scene of a crime with trash strewn across the floor. No one there. I called ‘Hello, hello’ as I moved through the building looking for someone. Entering a room, I was greeted by an enormous Great Dane. Uh-oh. I left in hurry and checked for live persons outside the building. No one. Finally, a young man arrived. Eventually, and with some difficulty, he checked in the trailer and the pads I had rented. So, ultimately, I spent 2.33 hours doing what should have taken 30 minutes. Thanks, U-Haul.
