Make sure the store worker/owner knows what he is doing. The cashier spent 30 mins trying to pull up the ID verification. I literally used his laptop to complete my uhaul pick up. My reservation was for 2pm, I didn't finish my walk around the truck until 2:44pm and I arrived at 1:53pm to make sure I was on time for my move. Would not recommend this location or the 61st and Peoria location. 3500 Sheridan Rd will be one of the only locations I'll use from here on out.

I had to redo my rental while in the store. The cashier had to call someone to help him work the system. I had to actually do the computer work myself on his computer. English was not great, lack of communication. I will never rent from that store again. What should have. Taken 5-10 minutes took 45-55 minutes. It was very time consuming and I was working in a certain time frame, do to the people I had helping me. Very disappointed and frustrated.

Janna SThe pickup took more than 30 minutes to complete even when I chose the self check in option. The person attending me did not know how to complete the check in process & had a friend on FaceTime helping him. I even finished some of the check in process myself on his computer. Overall very poor experience.
