Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulNothing!!! When I arrived at this location, I was greeted right away. People were super nice very respectful, polite. If I ever need another U-Haul, I’m definitely coming back to this location.
JEFFREY DVery prompt and helpful staff. Location had easy access and parking. Truck was clean. Recommend larger/more signs at Valencia entrance and office
Thurston SThe location was not the problem. U-Haul’s computer system was slow to nonexistent. I never got a contract until I turned in the trailer. Took 45 minutes to get my trailer and I was second in line. No consideration for my inconvenience. The women that helped me at the pickup sight was great. It wasn’t her fault the U-Haul computer system sucked.
Phil SI am irritated that our pick up location was changed the day before were to pick it up. We had to drive considerably farther! Huge inconvenience. Two of the tires were new and 2 were really worn. The sales agent at the pickup location was helpful.
