The lady made us wait until she checked out the price that we were given on our contract. She just didn't understand why we were paying $250 instead of $1009. She intentionally insulted me by calling my husband my son then tried to apologize. I didn't not like her attitude at all.

Make sure whoever checks out the trucks cleans them inside the cab besides that will always rent my trucks there or vans.

I drove the truck for 50 miles AND I HAD TO PUT $30.00 of gas in. Was I ripped off????
the straps on the auto transport were very frayed and were dangerous. also the safety chains were not put on the frame.
The vans check engine light was on, low gas, the dolly I rented wasn't there and still haven't gotten my money back after talking to someone. And your web site was not very helpful. Over all my day was a waste without the dolly as they don't open till nine, 3 hours after i needed it

Equipment wasn't ready. Rental for 9am, after 10am departure.
i SCHEDULED FOR A PICK UP AT 8 AM AND THE KEY WAS NOT IN THE LOCK BOX. i HAD TO WAIT UNTIL THE OFFICE OPENED TO BE ABLE TO RENT THE VAN. i GOT NOTHING BUT EXCUSES FROM THE OFFICE MANAGER, WHICH ONLY BLAMED UHAUL FOR THE MISTAKE.
Minor item. We showed up to return the vehicle during business hours, about 30min before they closed but they were already gone.

The staff at this location were excellent - very helpful. Though I had to call the toll free number for Uhaul and they couldn't help me, when I called this location back, they got the issue fixed right away.
The truck ran very rough. The gears were slipping, definitely needed work. The truck was very clean and smelled fresh! The check in process was not very smooth. I arrived followed the directions, then it couldn't be authorized... then an hour or two later someone finally called me back and I spent 30 minutes on the phone while he fought with the system to get me authorized... he did great! The return process was easy! Need to work on the check in process and mechanical maintenance of the vehicle... don't tell someone to enter the building for assistance if they're is nowhere to enter and no one that physically works there. Correct these items and I would give you 5 stars all the way!
I returned the truck and auto transport a day early, in perfect condition, with a full tank of gas. I am still waiting for the location manager to check the equipment back in. By the way, if there's any problems, I have video and photos of the above equipment. The guy at this location didn't help at all during the return of truck and trailer and would not even check me back in when requested. This is very different than past experience with uhaul and I've been using uhaul for over 40 years. Look it up and verify all my past rentals. Times change but good old fashioned customer service and common courtesy should not.

No space to park your vehicle if you are only using the truck for a few hours.
No one was there when I dropped it off at 130pm on Monday, so I am unable to rate anything. Had to drop the keys in their Dropbox.
Not notifying me that the pick up process would take a half hour was not only poor service but a little shady when it was part of the four hours I paid to use the vehicle. The lock box would not open after 5 tries, so I knocked on the office door. The man that came out was a little rude and when the box magically opened for him it evolved to extreme rudeness. Not sure I will return after using it several times over the last 15 years I have lived near this location.
We picked up 2.5 hours late due to the systems being down. When we got to the location and tried mobile check in it did not locate our reservation. Luckily there was an on-site manager there and he was able to help us. He made the process smooth for us, but if he wasn't there it would have been an even bigger hassle. Moving in 105 degree weather is rough so having an earlier start would have been ideal.
This location staff and the local scheduling office I spoke with over the phone were excellent. My TruckShare experience, however, was terrible. I had pre-confirmed and checked in in-person the day before, and it still took an hour and a half to get my truck. The â€œawaiting approvalâ€ step took 45 mins and had a chat interface where I never received a response. The app then crashed after I finally got through payment and skipped directly to the â€œreturn your truckâ€ screen on reboot without giving the the code to my keys. I called the customer service number and there were 20 min+ wait times. I tried online chat and got no response. Finally, I found the local scheduling office number, and they helped me out. Another customer was dealing with a similar experience in the lot with me. Incredibly frustrating. I will not be using the TruckShare option in the future and I will recommend others avoid it.
