Since it took so long to detangle my belongings and sort through things I ended up dropping the truck off after hours so didn't see anyone.

Warren W.This location scam to me. I returned the truck on the same day I rented it I rented. (From 9:30 AM and returning at 7:30 PM) AND, they added an extra day and added extra mileage (80 miles) on my bill and claimed I did not return it with gas which I did. The rental fee should've been around $86 and they're charging me 355. Presently I'm in dispute about this and I will continue until I get the truth out. They have cameras and they know I'd returned it on same day I rented it. Also, I have pictures of the odometer to prove that I did not put that many miles on the truck. The manager does not respond to my phone calls. This might have to go all the way to the court. Very disappointing with this location!!!!
