The request process was terrible. I was told there was no equipment. Then someone else called me back hours later asking why I did not pick up the equipment that I was previously told was unavailable. Then upon returning the equipment I was charged for fuel when I shouldn't have been. It took days for them to close out my contact. No one called me about my dispute. And I am still waiting for all of this to be resolved. This has been TERRIBLE. I will not recommend this location or Uhaul in general to anyone.

Online check in was terrible. It took over an hour of attempting to log in. I kept getting an error "order not found". App didnt work. The support number had me on hold for over a half hour. It took an hour of logging in over and over before a finally we were able to log in. I was charged for furniture pads i reserved and never recieved and when i contacted the company about a refund for the furniture pads i never got one.
Was billed twice for moving blankets and have not been credited for my initial response to you
Make sure your customers knows all the charges for the rental and not add extra cost on after the rental agreement is over, there were fees on my bill that I was not aware of and not told about.
We dropped off the keys on 11/13 @ 12 pm. It was not logged into the system until 11/16 @ 1:11 pm. Extra charges were added. Not sure who I am suppose to call to settle this matter.
I called the day before to confirm that I could pick up the UHaul in person at 9 AM. The website said that it would be open at 9 AM, the UHaul app said it would be open at 9 AM. I arrived at 9 AM and the store was closed with no instructions or clear label as to where I should even pick up the UHaul. I called the listed number twice, no answer. I went into an adjacent building that shared a name with the place listed under the UHaul and asked if I could pick it up. I could not, but the woman was very helpful and got me in contact with who should (she was also very polite and I appreciated her assistance greatly). I then spent 30 minutes on the phone just to have someone come in at 9:50 and give me the key. I was told over the phone that I was in the wrong because they only ever open at 10 despite all of their information stating they open at 9. When you are moving, an hour is a signficant amount of time. I lost not only an hour of time, but also the help of friends who couldn't stay the extra time. I was set back from my entire schedule and the residual effects made an already stressful process much worse.

Make sure the inside and outside of the truck is clean and all fluids are checked. I did not have windshield washer fluid. Tips on operating the vehicle such as if you are driving inclines drive in 4 etc.
Poor Uhaul signage. They did not seem to have good Uhaul communications.
There was a mixup with the van I reserved. It took 30 minutes to receive a different van.
The representative wasnâ€™t really that friendly and my truck had a really bad smell. It smelled as if a cat sprayed in the inside of the car.
two issues: #1) this location said they would remove incorrect charges for 2 dollies that were never reserved and for blankets that were reserved but not provided by the pickup location - 12 days later the original incorrect charge still not corrected; #2) after dropping off the truck as scheduled on 8/12, on 8/24 we received an updated invoice with incorrect extra daily charges because the truck had allegedly been returned on 8/24
It's actually the liquor store next door to Usha. Weird but okay. Straightforward service. Definitely make an appointment online beforehand as you may not get the size truck/van you want by just walking in. No issues getting the van I rented.
The U-Haul app was a great way to find and access vehicles. I suggest that U-haul dealers should indicate on the app whether or not they have vehicles, as I went to one location without any, and had to look for another.
I really love this location. It's my only Uhaul experience and I plan on being a repeat customer. If it's great, don't change it!

My truck was not available had to go to a different location and it was a smaller truck so I had to make two trips. It a happy camper
The issue is that you need to be much more clear with the customer regarding return. When I arrived to do my return, the shop was closed! I tried to do the return by the app or by logging into uhaul.com, but I was not able to because it only works if you use the app or website at departure. Luckily, a very nice customer service representative stayed on the phone with me as we tried everything. I was so frustrated, and it was 80 degrees and I was melting in the parking lot and getting late for work. She kept me calm. We never did figure out an answer to solve the problem. But at last the store opened. In the future be much much clearer with your customer on how to return the vehicle if the shop is closed. Maybe you should have a way to turn in the vehicle by telephone with the rep, just in case the internet doesn't work or apps won't work. I could text the rep my photos as we talked on the phone. You never know, stores can be closed unexpectedly, technology can fail. Don't put it all on the customer to have to come back later. Thank goodness your rep was so nice or I would have really just lost my mind. I will probably rent from here again if I need to - it's a short walk to my office. But boy will I be sure the shop is open and that my apps work first!
Positive attitude is key to sucess
They need to give more information about your reservation. My reservation was switched and I was not notify until late the night before. The place did not set up my 24/7 pickup so I had to pick it up later and my plans for the day had to be moved. They need to give me enough time to call another place. Instead, they called me after business hours.
