the first reservation had to be canceled self serv my email was incorrect. i had to call 4 times to get help and no one was able to figure out the issue. 2 days of try to fix. you need to fix this. the place i went finally after rescheduling was ok.

I was disappointed that the large truck I had reserved weeks ahead of time was not available. Instead I had to use a much smaller truck and take several trips. I appreciate the $50 credit and the people working were very professional, but it would be better to have at least 1 extra truck on hand for times when a customer does not return a truck on time.

Have employees watch for vehicles that are pulling up for return, instead of making the customer walk in and inform them of the return.

I feel that communication between the customer and the staff should be clearer. I rented a 26 foot truck, under the impressio. That i had 24 hours to return. Only to find out that i had to return the truck in 10 hours. No one told me that when i walked in to reserve my truck. I rented a truck before from this location and had no 10 hr limitation. The same, exacr truck, 2 months prior with no limitations. This caused me and my family to have to rush or be penalized $50.00 of truck was not turned in by 4:30pm. I dont think that was fair or right to charge me full price, along with mileage (20 miles total) and demand me to.return truck before 24 hours on the day i actually come in to pick it up. That was not right and very unacceptable. Fortunately, i was able to get it back before 4:30 but it was very much an inconvenience to me. I will be contacting the corporate offielce and filing a formal complaint about this lack of communication with a full charge.

There was a slight mishap which was corrected right away. The fuel amount in the computer was listed higher than what was actually reflected on the trucks fuel gauge. The U-Haul rep noticed it and corrected on my part of the invoice and initialed it. Stated she would update the computer. However, when I was billed I was billed for the original gas reading which was higher than the actual gauge reading. I contacted U-Haul right way and informed them of what happened and immediately receive a reimbursement for the overcharge. I guess I would advise not to use computer input of Fuel lever, but to use the actual gauge info. Thank you.

He did not have a bigger truck for me at that time but soon got me transferred to the nearest location which had one. The lady at that place too was courteous and helped me to allocate a place to park my car.
