I made the reservation 30 days before and went to on site to confirm the reservation one week before picking up. On tye day, i arrived at 6:30 in the morning and was the first to be served. The staff checked the system and there was no reservation on my behalf. I presented the reservation number and she told me she couldn't do anything and gave me two options. that I call the call center or wait for the manager. I waited more than thirty minutes and the manager arrived and told me that she didn't have a truck for me and that I could leaving. I found it tremendous impolite to speak as well as a client. I told her that because she is a manager and not to blame for what happened, she would have to solve my problem because I had a document in hand proving my reservation. after more than 1:30 she solved it, but I got unnecessary nervous. you need to train your managers that in cases like mine, they need to solve the client's problem and not send them awayJoao Paulo T.

It took me 3 hours to get out with my prebooked trailer. A full hour waiting in line and then 2 hours of complications. Trailer was late in, hitch issues, waiting for peoples lunch to end to help. Then being almost charged for things I didn't rent. Staff were pleasant enough, this is a scheduling/backend issue. Drop off was quick & easy thankfully.Heather S.

By Both the agent and manager were Very rude, insulted me multiple times. When I asked for their names, they refused to answer. They said if we don't have 2 phones, we can't rent. Your website is difficult to navigate. I was transferred from one location after my order and all documentation had to be reuploaded. The location also would not let me drop off the truck earlier than contracted for at another locationJavcor Inc Tom J.
This was by far the worst costumer service experience of my life. Although I completed the only check in, I still had to stand inside in line for 20 minutes. Then, when I arrived to the desk, the employee casually informed me that the service clerk in training who was left to her own devices at the desk next over had rented my trailer out from under me 15 minutes prior. It was at this point where everything needed to go differently. No manager came to speak to me. Immediately, I should have been apologized to and no apology was forthcoming. Basically, I was told to sit in my car and wait. I ended up calling U-Haul and a costumer service agent took care of the problem and did the reassurance. A new trailer was procured and the phone agent sent me back into the store. I was dismissed by the original desk agent because she was on a personal call on her cell phone and I had to go to the agent in training. At this point I'm angry. I asked to speak with the manager and no manager came out, despite the fact I could hear him talking in his office clearly. I had reserved my trailer for 3:30, and it is 4:45 at this point. I asked for reimbursement for how lateness and poor communication. The trainee was so confused and alone with the other girl still on her personal call that I was forced to pay more, I had paid via the online check in, to be able to leave and start my job. I am going to be calling head office on Monday and I will speak to someone about this. I also plan to leave a scathing review on Google, Yelp, and a number of social media outlets to warn people about how terrible this location is run. Quite frankly, U-Haul should be embarrassed that this location is tied to the U-Haul brand. This is a plight on your business and I highly recommend someone cleans this location up. I don't know how any costumer could possibly be having their needs met here. It is a first rate disaster and all employees, especially the site manager, should not wear the U-Haul brand on their shirt. The experience could have only been worse had I been hit by one of the trucks.Christopher E.

Cashier told me to go to my car & grab my visa. Literally took 30 seconds when I came back she clocked out & went home. Lol what? The other cashier was so nice. She restarted & complted my reservation. But like who tells a customer go to their vehicle & ends their shift? She didn't even tell me she was leaving or handing over my file to the other cashier. Big yikes imo. The lady who completed my reso, she was extremely courteous & professional.Omar F.

Ive used this location a few times, and it always takes for ever to rent a trailer, every time it takes minimum 30-45min in the store waiting even if there are only 2 or 3 people ahead of me, ive noticed that even tho 3 or 4 of the girls are working counter when ever there is a serious problem with a customer they all need to stand around and achieve nothing while the line of customers gets longer and longer. In the past ive even said to them while waiting in line, do all of you need to work on this problem, or can one of you please help use rent the equipment we need, to the applause of the people in the line behind meSamuel S.

There is always a line up there. Even though I wanted to check in online, the website still sent us inside to finish the process. I couldn't even check in front my samsung phone..I had to use an iPhone. The when I realized I need to extend for another day, again..couldn't do it online. Had to call and wait in phone queue for 20 min. I did like the customer service that took my call though..he was friendly and fast. Took care of my request quickly.Jaswinder M.
The equipment is cleaned the customer before me should have noticed that the wheel alignment is off and reported this to the store they rented it from. I reported that the alignment is off on the truck. This is a very good location to rent from the staff are very helpful and very customer service friendly that they go the extra miles for the customer.JENNETTA L.
Little confusing inside when all I needed was my key. Website said skip the line and get your key. That was not evident inside as I had to ask an employee where the line was just for keys. She did get my key quickly but again not clear for others who just needed they key versus folks in the line looking to place their order. All else was very good.BRADLEY J.
