There is a need for more staff at check-in. Waiting 45 minutes to pick up a vehicle that I ordered on line is a too long.

Getting around the lot with trailer was tight.
When customers book their trucks online , it's an earnest effort to alleviate the hassles of standing in "long" lines (with SLOWWWWW) representatives. Why book online when one still ends up joining the lines to get their trucks? Why is it that when we return the trucks, the process is so "anal" to have an employee check that everything is ok--thus allowing your customers to leave in a timely manner and continue on with their busy day? Ugh!!! Fix these issues and maybe your ratings would improve.
For the dropoff, I was waiting at the dropoff location for 10 minutes before I decided to go through the online checkout. I nearly completed the online checkout after uploading pictures of inside the trailer and nearly having the trailer completely detached before someone finally came out. They claimed that they "didn't see me" and told me that they needed to complete the checkout on their end and canceled my online checkout. I then had to wait for them to clean the back with a mop and on top of that they asked me to drop off the trailer in the back after nearly having the trailer completely removed. Very unprofessional. I should have just completed my online checkout on my end and let the employee deal with dropping off the trailer and cleaning the back especially after making me wait at the dropoff for nearly 20 minutes.

They didnâ€™t check the truck before giving to me I just drove to mississauga from pick up location which was 23 km away and after loading stuff, I tried to start truck but truck was not getting start. After that I called road site assistance around 11:20 and help came around 12:50 pm I had to go to work at 12:30 I came home at 1:45 after that I went to Vaughn and then went home around 4:30 throughout this all I didnâ€™t turn off the engine Because I was worried I was so pissed off ?? And again today morning when I went to the location to return my truck I spent almost an hour I reached there 9:12 AM but they helped me at 9:55 AM and took so long to check vehicle and do all paperwork I left there around 10:15 AM I was supposed to go work at 10 AM I didnâ€™t go to work yesterday and I was late today to work I lost my money, my time So today morning, when I was on my way to work I called customer service for compensation and she submitted my complaint.
The employees in the location are rude and are very very slow. Will never come back here and can never put my friends in trouble
There is always an issue while picking up at this location. Either keys go missing or the truck is not located at the right place or the system is down. Me and my friends have had 4 pickups from this location and all had certain issues.
Be more customer oriented
I choose mobile pick up. Did the whole procedure but the rep failed to locate the key, which was right there on the board. Had to wait a very Long time to get the truck. You should train the reps better and have someone take care of the mobile customers.
I arrived at the location on Feb 1st at 12pm and it took the staff nearly two hours to provide me with the rental vehicle. Location is understaffed for the volume of customers that are directed to go there. Additionally, staff seem very indifferent and regurgitate the phrase â€œitâ€™s policyâ€ often. A little empathy would go a long way to descalate a situation. Lastly, the rental agreements should be discussed and explained by the staff. They only process rental agreements (basic key inputter) and give little explanation, if any, as to what the agreements entail. As customers we do not know your internal policies nor what a â€œOne wayâ€ versus a â€œround tripâ€ agreement entails. When a customer asks questions it is expected that answers will be provided. Uhaul service is terrible and wonâ€™t be recommending or using your rentals again.

The lady that helped me that morning was very helpful and professional. I commend her service. However, when I came to return the van ; I had to deal with someone who had a smart mouth. That individual needs to learn how to have respect and how to deal with people. Would've have been a 5 star if it wasn't for that encounter.
The customer service at rexdale location is worst.
IT was inconvenience not having a parking space to live my car well I am taking a rental vehicle.
The first van I got the trunk door was not opening. I came back right away to switch it. The lady made a comment saying how do I know you didnâ€™t do it. Did not leave a good taste with me.
Rented a 6x12 Cargo trailer. Had to use my car jack to disconnect the trailer as it came without a tonge jack.

This was a last minute change from Brampton's location on east drive. Brampton location said something real irritating. even though you have a reservation it does guarantee your spot for a trailer. So i asked the girl if i flew in from some other province and needed this trailer right now and then to follow with my plans what was i suppose to do. she said " i'm sorry but i'm just telling you the policy. Your reservation is not guaranteed" THIS WAS A JOKE! I EXPECT A PHONE CALL BACK EXPLAINING THIS POLICY BECAUSE I AM GOING TO POST THIS MESSAGE ON ALL UHAUL LOCATIONS AROUND NORTH AMERICA BECAUSE YOU CAUSED ME HOURS WORTH OF HEADACHES! rUSSEL - 416.602.4977

The ladies at the counter were super friendly and helpful.
I would recommend this location to others provided changes are made. 1. Van had 3/8 of a tank of gas and I was expected to bring it back with 3/8. Impossible- how much money does that equal? Fill the tank and ask for it back with a full tank. This is how other locations do it. I was driving out of town and had no idea how much I would need. 2. After I paid for the van, was told I could not leave my car there while I used the truck for 3 hours. Really?????? Please, tell me beforehand! Good customer service would be to offer alternate parking locations. Talk to your neighbouring businesses!! 3. They need to accommodate customers that do not have cell phones with apps in order to confirm there are no damages to the vehicle prior to rental. A walk-around is required to ensure that the customer would not be liable for any damages that are already on the vehicle. I do not have an app and will never get one. Give alternate options to accommodate ALL your customers. Customer Satisfaction is the name of the game
