There’s only a small sticker to show where the location is, so for the first time it’s not easy to find it. It doesn’t have a parking space for the car, so it is difficult to park the car while returning it. I paid for a dolly, and it wasn’t available (they made the refund). So I prefer going to another location rather than this one.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThere are no signs for U-Haul parking at this location. I originally parked the van right beside another U-Haul. That other van was in a parking spot labeled 2-4-1 pizza. An idling car was in the original spot I picked it up from so I didn't park there. I was told I had to ask the other car to leave and take that spot. When I returned they told me it was in the wrong spot, again. They wanted me to park on about 4 meters infront of the original spot. That spot had cardboard signs reading "do not block". When I advised them of the signs of they said "those are our garages", and made me park it a third time. This is actually the second time I have rented from this location and had an issue with where to park. Stop wasting both of our time and put some parking signs in the spots you want us in. I will not be using this location again.

Maya AEverything was fantastic. The lady who handled the booking was fast and friendly. The radio in the car didn't work. Didn't bother me for this short haul, but it would have for a longer one. It would also be helpful to share the average fuel economy somehow for each vehicle so we can calculate how much fuel to add at the end.
Dragan RI ordered furniture dollies and moving blankets which is kind of key to move…. When I arrived she said they didn't have any of this. Just 1 dolly for boxes….. dont allow people to book these items if they are not available.
