Customer service is terrible, most unfriendly people I’ve ever dealt with at this location, both drop off and pickup, also when I told drop off gentleman the gas gauge was not correct when I picked up I think I got a grunt, that was it, I returned to the mark that was noted anyway, because I didn’t want a problem, I would love a response!

I'm not sure, reservation communications were very inconsistent! It took 3 different reservations and a $300.00 increase between the 1st and 3rd reservation,to finally get the truck I wanted.

FRIENDLY STAFF SERVICE WE SPENT HALF AN HOUR TO RELEASE THE DOLLY IN THE TRUCK SINCE THE SCREW WAS STRIPPED OFF/DAMAGED WE APPLIED W-40 MULTIPLE TIMES OM THE SCREW AND THE BOLT AND USED A CHANNELLOCK PLIERS WITH GREAT FORCE. AFTER MULTIPLE ATTEMPTS WE WERE SUCCESSFUL PLEASE REMEMBER MY TIME IS MONEY AS WELL DAVID ENGIN EMAIL : IOENGIN@YAHOO.COM

The check-out app needs to be heavily overhauled. The authorization process was confusing and the picture uploading wasn't as user friendly as it could be.

The employee had NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was charged 144.00 over what my receipt said and I was told that it was my bank, in all honesty it was Uhaul that charged me. Noone through customer service helped me. Now I have overdraft and late fees due to fund not available. It was NEVER told that I was going to be charged that much over. Again the woman working was horrible for me to be a customer. I felt like I was an x boyfriend the way she treated me.

We tried contacting the location twice on Monday the 7/1 because our move was taking longer than expected. Both times we were on hold for at least 30 minutes. Also had trouble when returning the truck after hours when it came to paying on the application. It kept erroring out when putting my card in. When I finally thought it was working, I returned the key, and it brought me to the beginning of the process all over again. Other than that, the experience was great and we will continue to use uhaul for any future moving needs

This was not the location that I requested. Fortunately this one was only 5 miles out of my way and opened early (7am). Uhaul only notified me less than 48 hours prior to my pick up time that they had unilaterally changed my location and pick up time which was unacceptable to me for my purposes. The person I spoke with was helpful to find another truck and location but I didn't need the added stress and hassle of having to basically rebook the rental on such short notice.

My son was falsely accused of doing damage to a truck. I will report this location to the better business bureau and do negative reviews about your company. This charge is a lie and my son has witnesses that will verify his innocence. Please contact me

The trailer we had was not clean and had a log of damage on it. We had to wait about 10 deep in line. Told us we could return the trailer anytime but made it next to impossible to get in and out of the parking lot. My husbands truck was hit in the overly cramped and congested parking lot and the store claims there was nothing on the video showing that. The attitudes of the employees at all your locations is horrible. Won't be using U Haul again. Looking to use the competitor or just buy our own trailer and wouldn't recommend to anyone to use U Haul.

Vehicle I rented had a low tire because of a nail in the tire, the location was aware but didn't get it fixed prior to me taking the vehicle, I had to fill the tire during the time I had it. Customer service folks that checked me out and looked at the tire treated me as if I was bothering them, miserable. They obviously don't know what customer service is.
