The van was dirty and needed an oil change so wasn't running well at all. I went to get the key and the code wasn't working so I went inside to ask and the man working walked out to the key box, jiggled it and somehow it opened. He looked at me and said “can I be chauvinistic?†And I said, “I would prefer you weren't†and he said, “you just need a man to help you with things like this.†You know, Seems extremely unprofessional and extremely disrespectful and offensive. I won't be using this location again and am contemplating using U-Haul at all.
Sarah D.Mediocre man called Andrew was inept to provide at least a decent customer experience. Awful overall and office was closed when I came to drop off, not notes left, didn't pick the phone after calling a dozens time and incredibly rude. So pathetic.
