Just tell them before they get there to pick up the vehicle that they can not leave their vehicle there for the day. We were only using the truck for a few hours and originally planned to just leave our car there. Fortunately our plans changed and we did not do that which is good because when we got there they told us that was not allowed. Just give people a heads up. Other than that, everyone was really nice and the whole process was quick and efficient.

The employees, Barry and Zach were very friendly each and every time I dealt with them. However, when it came to the store manager (I wrote his name down but can find the paper.) I spoke to him 1 time. If I wouldn't have dealt with Zach, or Barry or been a new customer, I would NOT have given Uhaul any business at all.

They did not go out with us to the truck to verify any thing like damage mileage or gas. Handed me the key and said it is on end of the lot.

Easy check out and check in. The truck had ample capacity, and the ramp made loading easier. The attendant (Barry?) was friendly and efficient. I'll probably rent a truck from here again next week.

The only reason i would not recommend this location to a friend is because of the roaches I found in the 2nd truck I rented. But,the staff was nice and helpful.

This was the second truck I rented from this location in 2 days, as the first truck was not big enough for my items, the staff was very helpful to me but this truck much to my surprise had cockroaches in the moving pad bag and was on the wall of the truck (we noticed them after the truck was almosted loaded or I would have returned the truck immediately) we killed what we could. When returning the truck I did notify the manager Matthew right away telling him I have never had roaches and he said it was just the area and that this happens. He removed the bag with the pads in it and found a baby roach underneath of it, he sprayed the wall with bug spray and seemed upset about the situation. He did offer me a credit of $15 for the bugs being in the truck. I was very upset as I do not want these bugs in my boxes to be brought into my new home.

When I had to check in the vehicle it was after hours which I brought it back well before the 24 hour time frame, but I couldn’t check the vehicle in through the site it wasn’t easy friendly. I was requested to take it well out of my arrangements of near by places to drop it off and was charge but later refunded the amount I believe; I had no paperwork to say how much was refunded but was totally surprised of the charges when it was of a favor asked of me/customer to extend my time and expense not evaluating in the equation I had the expense of getting myself and the others in my group back to our destination when this was not calculated as my direct expense for the favor to Uhaul. But yet I was given attitude because of the one stick lower on the meter than what I was given, I was not about to ride around in search of petro for both personal transportation and the Uhaul I did not account for all of the expense before excepting the commitment to drop off in Uhaul’s behalf when I was told I could drop off at the nearest to my destination.

This team failed my expectations. My credit card was given to team U-Haul in Rio Rancho, New Mexico, with the expectations, that when my brother, 'same last name', picked up a second truck to drive from Toledo to Columbus Ohio, they did not charge my card but insisted they get his credit card. 2. The drop off location was clear across town, when there was one located 5 minutes away. We dropped truck at the closest location. I had a U-Haul pod order and this was great. I was expecting that my family not pay for my responsibility. John Gillespie, my brother said the team was curt and rude to him. John is a likeable guy, really an easy customer, easy to get an excellent rating from him.

Drop off was amazing slow, but I feel the place was understaffed. Guy checking in the vehicle didn't know how to use his hand held device for checking in, causing unnecessary delays. To add insult to injury, was notified that I went over allowable mileage by ONE WHOLE MILE. They made me pay for it too ($1.00+), even though I told them that I returned the vehicle with minimum $10-15 worth of fuel I didn't have to have in the vehicle, but working with a customer doesn't seem to matter to you guys, but ripping me off does evidently. It's not the measly charge of just over $1.00 for the fuel, it's the principle of the thing that you actually charged me for it when you knew you had gas that would pay for it minimum 10X over. Ruined my evening and probably will not rent with you again because of this one bad experience. Wish I could send you a bill for the 30 minutes delay of my time which only equates to $175/hr = $87.50 worth of my time. I'll wait for your check. ;-(
