No one was available to help with dropping the trailer or where to park it. Also when I went back to stop the truck no one was there despite the location being open. There was just note stating Uhaul was open, with a number to call. Someone did answer but didn’t give me any direction of what to do with the trailer. I was able to figure out both and parked them in front of the building.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulHad to drive back and forth due to an unmanned station because I didn't have my phone. I was also told I would get a $50 credit which I'm still waiting for. This will be my first and last dealing with Uhaul. I bought a used 5x8 trailer for $1000 which I would have done before this nightmare had I have known what I was in for doing the pick up.
Robert FThe guy who waited on me was excellent. Very helpful and very likeable.
Dino SThe service was poor
Joshua SNot use this location. Trailer was parked in weeds behind storage building.
