I did not drop the trailer off the same place. I picked it up. I dropped it off in Huntsville Alabama. It was after hours, so no one was available too converse with. However, I will say that unhooking the trailer was difficult. Given its weight and the fact that it has no tongue jack,, I had to get the jack out of my truck to get it off of my trailer hitch.

Local rep Robert Jones was awesome. The online app (reservation, etc.) needs much improvement and understanding as to what is going on in Thomasville.
YANCY HNobody was there when we went to drop off the equipment. Called Uhaul and the person on the phone was very helpful walking me through the self return process. I was surprised I didn't receive an email or text confirming the return.
CHRISTOPHER SWrong address, had to go to the lot, then to the office, then back to the lot. I had to hook it up myself after I had to move other equipment.
Jason BLocation drop off didn't have anyone, despite website reflecting open. I needed to call the main uhaul number. Made to run around to another location. When I finally connected with a personel at drop off, given horrible directions and follow up to verify vehicle was received excellent by the company. Told to drop off key in drop box and take pictures on the event of any issues. Never had such a horrible customer service for such an expensive service. Will not recommend
