The couple that ran the place were so helpful and even changed my pickup location when the other place couldn't, where i picked up the truck. The drop off place in Cornelius was also amazing. She made a fair offer and deal when there were extra charges for minor damage and all of the uhaul locations I've dealt with, 3 in this case, have earned my business again. I seriously will not go anywhere else.

Larry MWhen I picked up the U-Haul truck there was no gas in the truck and nowhere in the contract does it state that I needed to pay for mileage I was charged up front $179 then upon drop off I was charged an additional $175 so no I won't be using U-Haul in the future!
