Didn’t even have the correct truck number on location store clerk is rude and doesn’t speak English well enough to hold a conversation U-Haul is terrible with the customer service phone number as well as expensive beyond reasonable prices never ever ever will use them again and also the radio won’t turn off in the truck as well as stuck on am radio 35k miles in the truck fuck U-Haul and shitty truck stop y’all employ

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulUpon getting to location I was asked to come back later , I did so … the person was still not there and was asked to come back later once again . Did not have the appliance dolly , had to take small one , was still charged for other dolly . Will never use again , did not give me any paperwork .
Dorothy BMy initial pick up I had reservation for Dublin Bait and Tackle. The truck was not there when I got there and I was sent to another location that still didn’t have the 20’ truck I had reserved. I ended up getting 15’ truck due to that being all that was available. I feel like there should have been better communication versus me spending several hours running around and still not getting desired truck.
CHRIS MThis location Wouldn’t allow mobile check in, attempted to add on charges and was very rude. I am a event planner and as you can see from my account history, I rent a lot through UHAUL but This was my first and last time using this location. I didn’t know that they rented until recently and only used them because it was convenient to my business. From now on, I will drive a few miles to get better customer service. Also, I didn’t notice until I left but trash was behind the seats.
