The only complaint I have is the pricing and how much I paid to rent a 10 foot U-Haul for only one day. Online pricing was much different than what they had in person. I ended up paying 330$ for the uhaul. On top of that they charged an extra $106 after I returned it.. (I also made sure the gas was back where it was when I rented it)Jared B.

Friendly, helpful staff. Had an issue when we first rented a tow dolly but manager resolved the issue. Hopefully uhaul will get it corrected in their system that a 2005 Lexus ES330 can not be towed by a tow dolly, but requires the auto transport trailer instead. Overall had a good experience despite this setback.HOPE P.
Other than not having the equipment that was reserved and having to run around to multiple stores myself, the main issue is that my debit card was charged $212 at rental AND $199 at return. Even though customer service says that a refund has been issued for the $212 it takes days for a refund to go through a bank. So an extra $212 is out of my bank account right now during this time of relocating and having to pay out so many expenses. Poor customer service.Sandra F.
