Equipment was clean. However smelled like someone had spent an entire week smoking in it with the windows rolled. Moving mattresses they smelled like smoke when we got to our destination. They are sitting outside airing out.Lydia D.

We walked in to the facility and no one was in the building to check us in. After waiting 10 minutes we went into the parking lot and search for an employee. The younger male employee was rude and short and was not knowledgeable about the pricing and fees. The employees continued to hold personal conversations while we were checking in as well. When we returned the truck, we were overcharged. I plan to call on Monday to discuss this situation with their manager.Eduardo L.

I called and asked for an extra hour after only renting for four hours and was told I would be charged $40 for the extra hour. They wanted to double my price because I wanted one extra hour after only using the truck for four hours. When I return the truck I use the mobile app. I asked an associate where the dropbox was and he told me if I didn't bring the truck around for him to inspect, That I would be charged and possibly accused of stealing the truck. Even though I had completed the drop off through the app and took a picture of where I left the truck. I am now making small trips with my car to my storage because I didn't want to pay an extra $40Kendall G.

This is the 3rd location we had to go to. The first location we were sent to didn't even do business with U-Haul any longer. The second location advised us (after we had to wait in line 30 minutes) that they had no trailer available even after the service area assured us they did. This 3rd location had the trailer but by this time we were extremely frustrated and hours behind schedule.CONNOR G.

Your guy at the rental location told me to load the heavy stuff in the back..and the east a bad idea..I also most died twice on the highway in Texas ...I should've went by the sticker on the trailer but he said to don't pay mine to that because my hitch was a little low but that wasn't the case..me and the state trooper re arrange everything like sticker ..60% in front and 40% on the back..the guy who fills up the propane was the one with that idea..never again will rent from that location.buy the new kid who did my reservation , he was helpful but that propane guy it's gonna get people killed.Jeffrey P.

I accidentally parked in the wrong place coming into the building. A worker approached me and asked if it was my car. I said yes. He said â€˜move it'. I said, you can ask me to move it. He said, I don't have to ask, move it. What kind of customer service is that? I and everyone else while I was in the building that day was treated horribly. Dirty truck. Agent did not greet me. Agent implied I could not get a small van unless I had major credit cards which was a judgement and prejudice. I have several. I wanted to rent a trailer and there was a trailer available. After waiting in the lobby for a while a guy finally came our to help me. I went through the whole process and was charged for renting the trailer. Following the rental process and being charged we went outside to hook the trailer up to my truck and found out that we needed an adapter for the trailer wiring. The guy said they didn't have the adapter and I wasn't able to rent the trailer. After being denied the trailer I was told to go back inside to refund my money. All in all i wasted my time and money. I'm still waiting to receive the $60 I was charged. I will not return to uhaul.RICHARD T.

Received three separate charges on my account. Each charge was inaccurate. Also was charged for having the vehicle for 4 days when we returned the vehicle on time. Terrible customer service. The employee was on the phone the entire time trying to figure out his employee 401k stock options. He also did not inform us of the drop off policy, yet charged us for following his specific directions to just â€œdrop of the vehicle wherever.â€JEFFERY H.
