The bottom of the dolly was bent and it kept falling over. It took twice as long to finish moving funiture. The staff at Wildrose.was not at fault. They were great

This is NOT their fault, the freaking tank should just be full or not full. PERIOD. I PUT IN ENOUGH GAS SO AT LEAST WHEN I DROOOED IT OFF THERE WASNT A MESSAGE SAYING TJERE WAS ONKY 40 SOMETHING MILES UNTIL IT NEEDED FUEL. They are trying to say I didn't leave a 1/4 tank. I also realized I never got a dolly. I am disabled. I have lupus. I can't even use my hands. I had to hire people to load and unload the truck. I am on a fixed income and had to move (relocate) through the victims services department. Do you know how much extra your mistakes cost me in finding help to get my things? And then, not only the dolly, but alleging that I didn't leave the truck with enough gas, oh, and it gets better, they have to charge me $90 because they had to sweep a butterfly out of the back. Give me a break. Uhaul needs to fix this

They concentrate more on the convenient store than they do helping u haul customers... Every time someone would come in they would stop helping me and check them out... Need someone just to do u haul... Very irritating ??????... Will go to another location in town next time

Staff at this drop off location was abrupt, rude and very unhelpful..too busy with gas station customers buying snacks to provide good customer service to UHAUL customers.....and not at all cooperative in trying to minimize what turned out to be unreasonable "uncharges" which they claimed were specified by UHAUL and not within their control. UHAUL should provide training in customer service best practices and provide some guidance for helping customers have a more positive experience during check-out including waiving some of the "service fees/upcharges" when reasonable to do so. I would greatly appreciate a follow up from UHAUL regarding the very unfavorable experience I received yesterday during the truck drop-off at this location. Please contact me to discuss this matter. Very unhappy customer.

We tried to pick up a tow dolly from this location. It had bare wires and the lights did not work. Next we went to COS Mini Storage and went through three dollies to get one in proper working order. The first one had a light hanging out, the second one only had half the lights working, the third was the one we were actually able to use. Brandon the General manager for The Tehachapi Area was the most helpful making sure we had working equipment and did not have to wait too long.

I had to wait a very long time because they said they had to take care of their customers first, I told them that I was a customer, but they said “no, you are a U-Haul customer, not our customer “. I returned the truck much cleaner than I received it and with more gas than when i picked it up, but they insisted that I add even more gas and that I clean it up even better. They gave me a broom and said “either you get every bit of dirt out or we will charge you for us to do it”. Very poor experience!

we filled out our reservation online for 8am and got a text in the middle of the night saying they moved our reservation to 9am. we show up at 9am they can't find out reservation at all even with our confirmation number . it took the lady a whole hour just to fill out our reservation again .... a sloth could have worked faster than her .

A little hard to find the office. It is inside of a convenience store and we did not see a Uhaul sign out front. Just Uhaul trucks parked there. Overall though, experience was good.
