Your on line return was very difficult. The app took a very long time to load. When it finally loaded and the information was in the app I was continually kicked off. After many attempts of trying to submit the information I gave up. I tried to complete this for approximately 1 1/2 hours or longer.

I was meant to pick up the uhaul at 9am. I didnt get to pick it up until around noontime because the location was closed. I called the reservation line and told I would have someone there soon, changed to 11am in 30 minutes. The staff was kind and helpful when available, I was offered a $50 reimbursement on my card for the inconvenience, though it has not posted yet. I planned on calling back to see if there was just too much going on. When I returned the uhaul, I was told the gas level had to match. No one told me that when picking it up. I ended up going and filling it, to avoid the excess charge--$50 total. When I brought it back to the drop off location, it was saying to charge me thousands of dollars because I went thousands of miles. I had been given the wrong truck for my reservation. This was an upsetting scenario, though the drop off location fixed this mistake for me, saving me untold money. Communication could be improved upon.

This location was locked and not staffed during normal business hours leaving to me having to scramble to download the app to self return before the scheduled time. Unprofessional to say the least, baffling and infuriating.

I did not receive the furniture pads from the pick up location which really gave me issues during the move, and it was too far out of the way to go back and pick them up. More time should be spent with the customer during pick up I feel so mistakes aren't made.

The customer service person did not tell Uhaul that the trailer was returned, therefore I received several emails about late fees and asked when I would return the trailer. I actually had the trailer 3 hours and was allowed 6 hours.

Return calls to customers concerns. Also stick to your quoted price rather than trying to stick it to the customer. Additionally when your employee insists there is equipment in the truck when in fact there isn't, said employee should be willing to go outside with you to verify. So disappointed for the third time in just over 3 weeks.

Once again the 24/7 mobile app did not work to drop off the truck, just as with pick up. Very frustrating for something that was supposed to be so easy. I called customer service and after waiting over 20 minutes, they could not guarantee me there would be no additional charges. I couldn't believe my ears, there app is failing me, I'm trying to drop off of the truck and they can't guarantee additional charges? I called my credit card company and told them not to authorize any further charges. I will say that when I went to the store the next morning (when they were actually open) the gentleman was very nice. He had already checked in the truck and told me I was all set. I will use this specific store again however I am still waiting for customer service to call me, 3 days later to discuss this matter. I would not recommend using the 24/7 app because it does not work the way UHaul claims it does.

The equipment was fine. The manager was great. But after returning the trailer 3 hours after we rented it, we were charged for 3 more days, all because the check in person would not go outside and locate the trailer we returned. She called me twice and said she would take care of it but she obviously didn't, so now i have to take my lunch break to go make sure this person does her job. Very disappointed u haul. Been renting for 35 years :((

Very disappointd that I was told i could call customer service and change dropoff Ray said nope can't change i.therefore it left me with extra miles and I filled it just before the drop off..the kid said I was all set just give him keys..never stating I was going to b charged..he felt it necessary to add 2 more gallons for 8.50 and charge for the extra miles even thou icalled to change so 11.69 more after he said I was all set....not happy .

I really liked the app. The only glitch at the end it didn't tell me where to put the key. Luckily the box i got the key out of was still unlocked so i put it in there and locked it, Front tires of that van are very worn. Not an issue since i drive it 17 miles but i would not want to drive it any distance.

The only good thing was that the van was new and clean. The rest of the process from start to finish was a complete disaster including the appearance of the store so everything needs fixing.

My only suggestion would be to have the vehicle parked near the corresponding lockbox. Our truck was on the opposite side of the parking lot and took a while to locate in the rain. All the while the exact size truck was parked at the lockbox? Other than that all was good.

Our original pick up location was rt44 in Taunton. They did not have the truck that we reserved, overbooked!! Their mistake cost us an extra $250 in mover fees as we had to make an additional trip and pay more mileage! They only offered $50 and we’re really not at all bothered by their mistake
