I used this location twice. Both times, they did not have the supplies I ordered. On both occasions, the Midgard digital agent tried to contact the property manager and could not reach them. Both times, the U-Hauls were dirty on the interior cab and the back of the vehicle. I should not have to clean before usage.
JUSTIN MI'll never recommend Uhaul to anyone, our experience was not pleasant and delayed us 1.5 hours. Only for us to have to make another reservation somewhere else after already paying for a rental truck that I was never able to receive. Dont email or call for a follow up. Just look at the two reservation and follow the frustrations. But I wont be recommended Uhaul. I'll make 12 trips 70 miles one way before I rent from uhaul again.
CHARLES CI just needed an appliance dolly. I couldn't figure out how to reserve it with the app, but the employees did a great job.
