I'm sorry I've been charged extra due to the filthiness of the truck. When we got the truck that was the exact way we received it and it was returned just like that; dirty and filthy. Location where it was originally picked up from should be accountable for this issue not the customer. Overseeing this issue, we was very grateful to have the truck size that we need to move . We didn't think of anything about the dirtiness in the truck. i would like to get reimbursed the 81$ fee that was charged .. thank you

It was a bottle which I just throw it away
JAZSMYN FI had an appointment scheduled at 8:00am. I did not receive service until 930am. I had a scheduled trip and this delayed it where it U-Haul was closed by the time I made it to my destination.
Ashley NWorse experience I’ve ever had with U-Haul. This was not anywhere near the location I picked. Very shady part of town. No one at location spoke English. The u haul was dirty inside. I was charged double than what I was quoted.
Rodney BThe location is not doing U-Haul justice. I went there to pick up the truck as I already had a contract. When I reach the guy in the place did not speak English but the lady on the phone, by the name of Ramsey, had him cancelled the previous contract and open a new contract on her name to charge me more and also have power over my credit card and driver license. Moreover, she kept on promising me an email showing the contract but never sent it. I took the truck and left but I never received the contract. After 3 to 4 hrs I checked my credit card and saw a $170.00 charge and a cancelled contract which was the contract that was negotiated with U-Haul a few days before. I called the office and explained but the office told me that the contract was on my wife name and the name they gave me was not my wife’s name. I asked the office to send me the contract via email which I received with this lady name with my credit card. I was totally upset and still upset to the point that I don’t know what I’m going to do with this subject. I explained to the main office what kind of crooks the had me dealing with and I was promised a refund of $52.00 which I’ve not received yet. I want someone from corporate office to contact me because it will not be the end of this. My number is 305-878-8874.
