The truck I was provided was absolutely terrible. I have rented from U-Haul for over 20 years, and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had. The driver door did not close completely. The low oil light came on and had to add 2 quarts of oil that I was never reimbursed for. Later on, along the drive my rear passenger tire lost pressure and had to find an air station, pay and inflate the tire. This may be the last time I rent a vehicle from U-Haul.

The hand truck that I ordered was not in the vehicle so I had to go rent one from home depot which was inconvenient

PAUL COffice was closed but the facility was less than inviting. Not a good representation of UHaul.
DAVID WWas transferred here the morning of pickup because the original location didn’t have my rental ready. The agent who transferred me to this location did not update my reservation correctly so I was not able to get into the lockbox since the location was closed. The truck I was supposed to pick up was blocked in so even if I was able to get the keys, I was not able to get the truck out. Was able to contact the owners of the tow lot and they met me there to move the truck to help us. Owners were amazing, the first 2 U-Haul customer service agents were awful and not helpful at all. The third however, Crystal I believe, was very helpful and knew exactly how to help.
