Both pick up and drop off sites and personnel were fine. The problem was that there was a leak in the trailer. By the time we finished our move, eveything in the trailer was wet or damp. This just shouldn't happen in an enclosed trailer.Kenneth H.

Employees act like they can care less about being at work... I had no clue as to what was supposed to happen or where to findy u-haul. Then after returning the u-haul I was was supposed to get some money back because I used less miles than anticipated, but instead I get charged and extra $73 on top of the $143 I already paid. And no one can tell me why my money is being taken without my consent. Especially if I don't owe anything extra.Craig B.

My only gripe was with the website -- towing accessories I needed to order along with my trailer rental were not available at this U-Haul, so I had to visit a different location 3 miles farther out of the way before I could pick up my rental. The website was confusing because it made it look like the items I needed were here, but when I would add them to the basket, the website wouldn't say the items weren't there -- it would just proceed as normal and I only realized it when I noticed the cart was still empty. But the staff on site were great, they hooked up the trailer for me, check in and check out were fast and easy.Peter N.

Well I was never told I would have to drop the van Back off at a whole new location. I got an email saying that I never returned the van when I in fact, did. I think it's ridiculous that they make you go and search for the van you are assigned and my van was NOT filled to gas where it should have been. Just a completely unprofessional experience all around. If uhaul didn't have a monopoly on the â€œmovingâ€ industry, I MOST DEFINITELY would have gone else where.Justeen H.

The online rental process was very confusing & resulted in multiple reservations. My local rental office could/would not make reservation, a process that they have done in the past.Thomas S.
The rep rushed through the pick up, I wasn't clear on where to drop the truck off. The online self drop off asked for a scan bar code outside the building late at night which I couldn't find because there wasn't one. Last, the online instructions or the rep didn't tell me not to take the keys to Dropbox after hours until you record the mileage used.Cara C.

Lady at the desk was to concerned with txting on her phone and maybe said 3 words to me. Additionally they were out of handcarts. I ended up having to drive to another location to get one. Lastly the van I was give was parked in the middle of other vans. We had to spend 10 minutes trying to get the van out without hitting the other vans. Overall I have used this location for my business and every time I or employee go in to pick up a van they just seem not to care about the customer.Dustin H.
