I used the online ordering the night before to speed up my transaction. But when I arrived my truck was parked in between other trucks. I had to wait for the counter person to help. She was very busy w walk in traffic and could have used support. It was slightly disappointing.

Everything was great! From reserving a van to drop off of the van. A sweet surprise for me. I brought back the van and a young lady came out with a hand held device. Hopped in the van to check the mileage, gas and the over all condition of the van. Told me I had a small credit balance coming to me. I was on my way in about 5 minutes. No waiting in line inside the store. Loved it!

I think you have a policy of over charging for gas. Your truck have a gas gauge that reads full , have full, and empty Yet somehow your staff can look at that gauge and determine the truck has 5/16 of a tank. I drove 48 miles, put in 5 Gallons of gas before I returned the truck and was told I didn't bring it back with 5/16 of a tank. I bet if I could look at your records I would find you scam everyone for gas, I will tell everyone I know about what I think are questionable business practices.

Stop rigging the mileage

The associate we had made us wait 5 minutes at the counter why she talked casually with a few others. The conversation was not work related. The associate did not look at us at all but just rattled off questions. They said they would bring the truck around front. They did but no one came to us and showed us the truck. After 5 minutes I asked some where the truck was and it was right out front but no one indicated it was ours.

The staff was wonderful, however i wish i checked bed of truck. The bed was dirty w small stones. I was fearful of being accused of leaving it dirty.

No informed me that the store closed at 5:00 on sunday when i had a confirmation to pick the truck up at 6:00! we got there at 5:30 and had to wait until we caught someones attention in the store. Employee came out opened a lock box handed us keys and walked away. No check in, had to figure out which truck it was. truck did not have a full tank of gas, just a very frustrating experience all together

They forgot to give us the items extra for moving like dolly’s... next time maybe review the order with the customer. They did refund us those items, but it still made it harder on our movers.

The young lady at the counter was extremely RUDE. Didn't acknowledge that I was there. Never made eye contact, her attitude was rude and she seemed like she hated her job. When I had to go back in and ask a question I went to the gentleman that had just walked in.

This place has come through for me on many occasions. Only hiccup was on mileage of a new vehicle - online checked in - marked and sent photo approved immediately of odometer. That was pretty cool.

The drop off line was ridiculous since the location had closed two hours before we dropped off the van. We had to find an alternative location to drop the van off because so many uhaul trucks were parked in the lane. When trying to drop off the van, the self check in website was experiencing errors, making it impossible to take pictures of the mileage, which was required before putting the keys in the box. This combined with the limited parking made the experience very frustrating and unnecessarily tedious.

When I returned the trailer I was asked - 'Do you know how to unhook the trailer?' When I answered yes, I was told to just unhook it and leave it in the space where I had picked it up earlier. Didn't think this was good customer service.

The sign in the lot says " Return equipment here" with an arrow. If it's the first time that you've rented from this location it can be confusing. If it said " return VEHICLES and equipment here" it would make more sense. So, we parked the van in the line up with the other vans. When we went in to turn in the keys the jerk ( a guy ) at the counter was indignant that we would perpetrate such an affront to him in plain daylight. He was clearly disgusted. We were to go back out and move the van to the proper return spot. When we complied, a different employee quickly arrived to check us in. He was very efficient and polite.
