The U-Haul trailer had trash and stuff in it. It had roaches. The employee suggested we buy some spray and spray it out. We had to clean it before we could load it. Then an hour into our drive the tire blew. The tread came completely off the tire. We had to wait on the side of the interstate for 2.5 hours to have tire changed. That added 5 hours to our trip time. Due to traffic and such. Just a very disappointing experience. To top it off, when we picked up the U-Haul the location acted as if they could not run my card to pay for my U-Haul trailer. The boss wanted me to give him my card info over the phone. Got upset when I would not. Ended up calling U-Haul and they ran it no issues. Very sketchy from start to finish. I would not recommend at all.
Douglas CI got charged for some fuel that I wasn’t supposed to. I retuned it at the same line that I received it.
Thomas HThe lady at the counter had to text pictures of my stuff to her boss, but he was unable to get the trailer dispatched. Wasted about an hour with that he said via text to the lady at the counter the website was down. Called the 1-800 number and they were able to dispatch me the trailer and I got the trailer out myself from there. Seems sketchy to do things that way
