You app and web site really suck more than any app I've ever used. For heaven sake add some resources and get the components working smoothly. I had an excellent and patient tech help me, but I've never heard so many apologies for the lousey programming and multiple restarts. I can't comment on service at either location as both were closed.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulWas told to pickup at this location. Nobody was available. Had to go back to the original location that told us to go there. They said we have to call them without being told that. Right rear tire was 40 psi when picked up. Only drove maybe 400km one way and was charged 751miles because when I went to enter the real odometer reading it was more but wouldn’t let me enter it. Meaning someone drove it and didn’t enter the new mileage when it was returned and I had to pay for it. So what the fuck is that about. Terrible service. Fuck U-Haul

JAGJIWAN SBooked a furniture dolly but was not available. This is very inconvenient because I would have borrowed one from somewhere else if it was notified beforehand. When I got there the morning the app says no vehicle has been assigned yet.
