Had to contact customer service twice. First because location was difficult to find. Second because the app would not give me a passcode to grab keys.

Rosario APoor marking if you don’t know the area. Poor parking. Owner was helpful.
MARK KGreat truck & great experience!! Lady on the phone from u haul helped me with the self rental process & she was fabulous!! Thank u guys!
John SThis is a store front drop off. We could not park the 20ft U-Haul in the parking space near the area. We parked the u haul across the far end of parking lot. Left a dolly in the back unlocked truck.
