we always use u-haul whenever e need to move or haul something. never any problems and they keep us well informed with the rental and transactions. would def recommend to others to use u-haul whenever they have to move anything

Second time renting for this company. Exceptional customer service.
Wynette WAlthough at the time that I went to this location, the facility was 'officially closed' and I was to use the mobile check in - a very nice lady executed the paperwork in her office and assisted me in the process of taking pictures of the vehicle as required. She was the best portion of the entire rental process. Prior to this location, I had location pick up changes, shortage of equipment (appliance dolly and/or hand truck). UHaul corporate needs to address equipment shortages, as apparently the process is for the customer to go to more than one location for all their needs if no single location has all the items requested. What an insane idea of that being customer service friendly!

Tracy BArrived to pickup 26' truck. Missing gas cap! Attendant pieced together something to kinda work. At end of trip I had to cut a slit in the makeshift gas cap to refill gas tank. Felt like wheels were out of round. Truck bucked and bounced at every speed for entire trip. Beat me half to death. When slowing down, transmission seemed to disengage vs down shifting. RPM jumped between 3500 and almost 4000!. On the bright side, turn signals worked great and AC was cold.
