The only thing that went bad was the person that answered the phone to make the reservation through your central reservation did not use the right location. It took me an extra half an hour to find this location

Isabel WThe rental vehicle had a check engine light on after rented. I did not take it and had to rent a much smaller truck which took 4 hrs to get after agreed upon time of 10 am. Had to make many more trips to move. The smaller truck was cleaner and nice. Made moving day much longer than necessary.
LINDA KI had selected a drop off location much closer to my final destination, because I only had 30 miles before I got charged extra. After getting my reservation confirmations for pick up and drop off, I get a call from somewhere that wasn’t where I reserved to drop off. Changing the drop off location made me go over my 30 mile limit and I was charged extra. Fix that. If I make a reservation and it’s confirmed, don’t change it. Simple as that. Otherwise don’t give me an option of where to drop off the vehicle.
DREW SThey are charging me for more miles then I drove, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone because the up charge is insane. I even returned the truck sooner than I was supposed to and got charged $20 more then I was quoted
