I rented a 15ft for a home move. The pick up process was a bit tedious with the self pick up option. And unfortunately the location I chose had a jammed lock that took 30minutes to open for the key. Thank goodness I was able to get some assistance through the contact number and they helped me through the process and kept me calm. The truck was not the cleanest but not the worst I guess. I’d use again for sure because it gets the job done.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulI rented a uhaul truck for one hour.My place of moving was only 5 miles for the whole trip. My payment went from $49 to $180 from my account.I was charged for 21 miles that I didn't drive plus fuel fee and another fuel charge. I will never do a an onlineservice ever again or drop off without seeing someone

Stephen TMy very first time renting. Everything was great!
samantha mThe location showed the gas as more than half a tank, but when I turned on the truck it was nearly empty. They didn't have the box dolly that I had reserved and no U-Haul location within 20 minutes had a dolly. I had the move up three flights of stairs carrying boxes one by one. The truck was dirty.
