Bhim sWhile the overall process was smooth, I was disappointed to be charged for gas after returning the vehicle with more fuel than it had at pickup. At drop-off, I was prompted to submit photos for verification. However, the staff member on site assured me that it was not necessary and that she would handle everything. Based on that, I did not submit photos myself. Unfortunately, I was later charged for fuel, which does not reflect the condition in which I returned the vehicle. This experience has made me hesitant to recommend your service to a friend, as I relied on staff guidance and was still charged incorrectly.
Tega KThe drop off location was 30 miles from me which caused me to go over my miles explain this to customer service but wind up still take it there to avoid wrong location fee
Quentin LIt was an easy process, especially with the representative who helped me walk through the steps of setting up the rental and pickup especially on a Sunday when they were closed, but I could do everything through the app
