Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThe tank was at half a tank and required $60 just for it to reach 3/4. Which was the required amount, felt excessive.
GENESIS MLady over the counter very accommodating. I give her a 5 star.
Roberto CDont rip us off way to much money. Customer service sucked the app sucks and you charge way too much money not a pleasant experience
Daniel SI was accused of putting a crack on the bumper. I tried to explain to the guy that it was already there, and he called me a liar and said that I would have to pay for it. He called his coworker and said if my coworker doesn’t answer you’re being charged. He called his coworker, and luckily, she confirmed that the crack was already on the bumper. I think if this place is gonna accuse someone, they should take pictures before someone picks up their U-Haul. lesson learned from me that I will take pictures in the future.
