equipment was clean but not well maintained. it was not possible to adjust the mirror on the passenger side making the driving experience treacherous. When we returned the truck we brought this to the attention of the attendant. Fortunately no mishaps occurred as a result of poor visibility in traffic. I'll know next time to inspect these items.

No fault of the location.... The 24/7 UHaul App is difficult to use, not explained well how to use it, and shuts off if you are over by one hour. I arrived 9:05PM for a 8 PM pickup and the 24/7 pickup was disabled and the truck was sitting in the lot. One gentlemen working just happened to still be there and he reset it so I could get the truck. He was a godsend.

The only reason I didn't give the location a 5 star is because the rental was not full of gas. Even though I didn't have to return it full, i don't want to have to stop off and fill the truck up before i use it. I would rather have a truck with a full tank and return it with a full tank than having to return it with a 1/4 tank.

I would have loved to give you and excellent review. However, due to poor customer service I recieved, I was not able to. I renteda truck from your location two days ago by Dylan Braxton. I was to return it the next day by 8:15am. Here's where the water gets muddy. I was running late on the day of return. I called your location at 8:20am to explain I needed at least two hours. I asked if I could be charged the difference. I was told by the female representative I had to be charged for the whole day. Then to add insult to injury she asked me to still bring the truck back in the couple of hours. I asked why if your are charging me for another day? She rudely explained that I signed a contract stating that I would bring it back. Duh? I then replied to her , if you are charging me for a complete day (which I did not asked for or need), why do I need to bring the truck back. I came in today looking for her, (in fact hoping I had a chance to speak with her and inform her she would be reported today. Instead, I was greeted by Ms. Becky Woody. I told her what had happened. She adjusted the rate and apologized. She to report this incident from start to finish. Finally, what I would recommend to improve the next's customer's visit is make sure your reps are properly trained. I initially called to inform the representative I would be a couple of hours late, and what could be done about any penalties if any. I certainly did not intend to go back and forth regarding her pricing and then be challenged to bringing the truck back earlier than the day rate she was implying on me unfairly.

I don't know who the problem was caused by...We arrived at 8am as was scheduled and were to use the app to pick up truck.. it did not work, called phone number provided on the message in the app...no answer..ir gave us another phone number..no answer... spoke to 800 and they were of no help and quite rude. Asked to speak to manager and got a reply, they will say the same thing. WE HAD MOVERS WAITING AT OUR HOUSE, PAID BY THE HOUR ($130)..WITH NOTHING TO DO BECAUSE NO TRUCK !.. When the employee showed up at the Eagles Landing facility (a little early thankful) He was very apologetic... No equipment was there for us, even though 36 hours prior we recd two calls from UHaul confirming.. Justin did get us a truck on premises (one for a different customer and got us out of there as soon as he could)... Another problem, we had arranged to drop truck in Loganville at facility on Bay Creek Rd..less than 1 mile from our new home... NOOOO...we were instructed to drive 10 miles south to a facility to drop this truck off in a muddy field... VERY DISAPPOINTED IN UHAUL. CERTAINLY WILL NOT RECOMMEND..WASTED $130 OF our money for movers waiting ...wasted another 40 minutes of our evening driving 10 miles south to return and 10 miles back home... YOU NEED SOME HELP TO MAKE TRANSACTIONS BETTER...
