I called prior and person said he would be there. When I got there he was not. Vehicle on hill facing traffic not a deal to try to pull a truck out.

Picked up truck in am , had a flat tire and was told to inflate tire myself . Did not receive paperwork for rental or contract .
Ronald B.Cancel their contract. Received truck with flat tire, had to add 3 qts oil after losing oil pressure during use, was still 1 qt low. They do not answer phone and doors are locked during business hours.
Douglas W.Provide a clean trucks, make sure the fuel gauges work properly and keep the maintenance up on their trucks. Trucks should start, trucks should be clean and the fuel gauges should work properly. UHUAL should make their customers feel valued. I don't feel valued as a customer. I want use UHAUL ever again.
