They don't deserve the one star the I gave them, but thats the least I can give. The â€œmanagerâ€ of this store needs some training in customer service. All I ask is for some respect as a customer which is a bare necessity. From all the other reviews, I see that the blondy has been rude mostly poc, soo if you are a Poc please take your business where you can get the respect you deserve. All other employees were very respectful and friendly. I wonder why Uhaul hasn't looked into this issue even after so many bad reviews on her. Also try to teach her a bit about diversity so she can be a little less racist to the next customer.
I can't remember the front desk assistance name but I came in on 10/7 at 5pm and he was extremely helpful and friendly. I actually booked at the wrong location and he did t turn me away. He took care of canceling the other reservation and made sure I had a good vehicle. Please make sure he gets acknowledged.
The truck which was given to me did not have any a/c.
The truck was advertised for $19.95. After all the taxes and fees I ended up paying $58. 57. A total rip off to me. Not fond of U-haul.

She made the pick-up and drop-off experience easy and quick! I even had to keep the truck an extra day and DeAnn was very understanding and worked with us. Easy no-touch pickup and return through their app. Vehicle was clean and low mileage.
The truck we were given was shaking and hard to control. This vehicle needs to be serviced because it was not in good condition like the 1 we rented about 2 weeks before. I called the car number but never got an answer. Make sure your application are working properly. I tried to upload photos just received message â€œOppsâ€ tried numerous times.
1. No one was at the front desk for about 5 minutes after we arrived for pickup. 2. When "J" (name abbreviated) came out, I do not recall her apologizing for making us wait. 3. The brakes on the van were screeching and likely needed to be replaced. 4. For the return of the vehicle: we arrived just before closing time and went in. About a minute and a half later, "J" came out front and asked if we were there for a return, I said yes, she said well we're closed so you'll have to do the return on your phone. My daughter and I were visibly soaked with rain and exhausted, and yet J had kicked us out of the store and back into Tropical Storm Beta to process the return on the phone. I tried to process the return, but the website could not share my location even though my location services were all on. I called the national number for help but was put on hold. I kept trying to get the website to work, until our ride came. By then it was a dark so I set the parking brake in the vehicle and took the key with me, to be returned the next day. The website stated that if you cannot process the return by phone, come back the next day during office hours. The next morning J called me and left a rude message, saying that she sees we left the vehicle but, and she did a sarcastic laugh, she needs the key. I saved this on my voicemail. I called her right back, and explained the problem I had the night before with the phone return. She asked if I had an iPhone. I said no I have an Android. She said, oh because sometimes iPhones have trouble with the website. *Her knowing this is all the more reason that she should have processed the return when we were in the store instead of kicking us out into the storm.* Back to the phone conversation: J rudely said she had an appointment scheduled that morning for that van and had needed the key. I said, then you should have processed the return or at least taken the key when we were in the store last night instead of kicking us out. She said I could have left the key in the Dropbox. I told her I didn't see a drop box . *Again, she could have told us the night before to leave the key in the Dropbox and told us where it was.* I told her I would get the key back to her that day. A few minutes later I called back and asked her if she could send an Uber to pick up the key because I did not have transportation at the moment. She said no we don't have Uber. I told her how poor I felt her customer service was the night before and again said that I would return the key that day. I returned the key before the 5 p.m. deadline.

Misty and Jesica run a good ship. Super easy to deal with and very helpful. When a problem arose with a vehicle they were quick to resolve the issue and compensate for the inconvenience. Rating:excellent!! There is a fellow that is recommended for moving your items if you need the help. He is excellent, friendly and professional. His name is Kevin Robinson. Believe me, he is worth it if you have a big load to move. He is priced very well for moving services and really knows how to place your things the most efficient way possible and prevent damage. Rating: Highly recommended!!! My overall experience was excellent from start to finish from Miami to Stafford Texas. Uhaul took good care of me at both ends. Experience: June to Sept 15 2020
The process was to complicated. I tried to pre register on line. The app would not allow me to complete.Staff helped me both times . There a few of us seniors that can not navigate thru your on line process.
The young lady that helped me was very professional the moment I walked in and extremely knowledgeable of the products and services. Five Star service from the moment I made the appointment.
No suggestion for improvements. Very pleased with service received.

Was not informed of additional fee for dolly that came with truck. I brought my own, but was charged a fee. Never told what spot to return truck to, so I parked truck where It was picked up. Had to move it to different location. Sign was on gate. Upon inspecting truck from U haul email on my phone, prior to finalizing rental, it was very difficult & frustrating to try & read instructions in bright daylight.
