Jacques C.When we arrived to leave the truck at the location the evening before it was due, everything was locked. We had to park the truck next to the locked gate. The key drop off box on the other side of the gate was the only indication that we were at a Uhaul location (not one other truck or notice board on the whole property). It was very confusing and stressful. I could not leave a voicemail at the location either to say we had left the truck.
