Pick up customer service was horrible, drop off was a little better but this unit was filthy, cigarette butt inside, not washed outside, rusty hitch, not well maintained, site was muddy, zero help - It was a little more convenient for pick up because of my st albert location but I am not sure I would go back.....

mardie nThe equipment was in poor shape...the cross over safety chain hooks were bent and you could barely get on ...the gate closure pins were also bent up which was very hard to open up...then after all that time the machine wouldn't fit on the trailer but they still charged us for the full day.

Adam LService in English (or French) was … challenging. Other associate was openly picking his nose. Really dug in there. Did not wash hands. Made cleanliness questionable. I’m not sure I was directed to use the correct hitch for the unit. The unit was fine, but it did not tow well. Lots of clunking. I had other hitch options with me. It would have been nice to know which was the best choice. Though I reserved with a credit card, I would have preferred to pay debit or cash. They did not offer me any payment method, just charged the card. I got the job done, but towing safety is very important for everyone on the road, it is paramount that locations are able to answer questions and don’t rush through the booking.
