Inside of box was dirty and stunk had to use a scent eliminator fogger and was only supposed to be charged for 1 day of rental and ended up having to pay 4 days because my mom was killed by a drunk driver in an accident over the weekend after I just lost my house my semi my dream boat and everything I've ever worked for including myself because I was soaked in gasoline and was lit on fire burning alive. I did survive with first degree burns all over. So In a month I lost my home and everything I ever worked for and lost my mom. What would had been a 1 day rental less than 80$ Cost me 225$ I didn't even haveERIC W.

Location is not super obvious - it seems three businesses share the lot? To return, go to the last door on the right. It would be helpful if the key drop-off box was more clearly marked. A sign would aid in locating the box from across the lot.Timothy W.

The place I picked the truck up was okay but the truck was not great. Was told 3/8 gas was in it but it was definitely closer to 1/8. The suspension was awful. The truck was bouncing all overmatthew M.
I don't want this review to reflect this specific location. I scheduled my reservation over the phone a days prior to pick up to ensure that there wouldn't be any issues. Uhaul had originally scheduled my pick up for South Campbell Springfield and had switched the address to Riker's which I was unaware about until I logged into the account. So A I was not contacted about the change. When I got to Riker's they didn't have an appliance dolly. I have appliances on a second story so this was not something I could go without. They forwarded my reservation down to South Campbell and when I got there they didn't have a truck. The people working at South Campbell were VERY RUDE to me. Gave me an appliance dolly and sent me back to Riker's. Having to go back and forth consumed a lot of time and I lost my moving help because of it and injured my back from having to move things myself. Uhaul centrally created an issue and it was not this locations fault.Brittany M.

Very friendly! The only problem with the truck itself was that the side mirrors were not adjustable at all. I tried several times, but I just had to lean up a bit to check my surroundings. Not a huge deal. I love the staff there. I have used them twice now.pat Z.

Everything was perfect. Check in was easy, return was simple with website. Recommend a tip sheet/flyer that preps you for checkout. Walked all the way to drop box for keys then had to walk back to take pictures. Prep them before they leave what the checkout is like.Gary M.
