When we rent your equipment it's for the day ill regardless of anything else we have to have it back in 24 hours that's the rate. If we turn it back late we should be charged. if we turn it early we don't get a discount so the time of return should be 24 hours upon picking up of he vehicle and there should not be any questions until the 24 hours are up. I had a transport trailer and I was asked about the return I was attempting to bring it back with in 6 hours, but things didn't work out that way and I had the trailer for 12 hours. now I paid for 24 hours and I don't get a discount on this trailer for brining it back early so why should the company question me about the trailer because I had to keep it longer. this confused me and I explained it to your customer service person and she stated that I should have called. I stated to her the fore mention statement, and that the company knew I had 24 hours with the equipment and there should be not questions If I need to keep the equipment for 6 more hour 12 less than supposed to. I don't feel I need to call you for the equipment that I rented for 24 hours.

Location above average becasue it was the only location within 30 miles that had an accurate inventory. Both Westfield and Chicopee Uhaul centers confirmed my reservation without the needed trailer on site. Also would like to note I was not offered/given my $50 cancellation credit twice when my trailer reservation could not be met.

When i rented a 17 ft truck the associate did not do an inspection of the truck with me i had to do it myself there problems with lights out on the truck the shifter made a loud noise when out into park like a linkage or drive shaft problem and it needed an alignment bad the side view mirror on the passenger side was loose I had to keep adjusting it and the worst part of my experience is that it had a leak that I did not know about in the mom's Attic and I found out about that when it was too late some of my furniture got wet including paperwork and a photo album that has pictures that can not be replaced my kitchen table was all wet on the floor side my mattress and box spring were in plastic but still were very damp my fold out couch was wet on the side near the Attic Part and was very damp on the rest of it and the floor was very slippery no I'm not happy and at this point I don't think that I would recommend using uhaul at this point I bought insurance I just hope I don't have to replace any of my furniture at this point

My only complaint is that when I walked in for service, the reps were in a conversation about a previous customer. The gentlemen that waited on my stopped the discussion with the other rep immediately and waited on me. The other individual continued to try to hold a conversation with him the entire time. I thought that was both rude and unprofessional.

The reservation and subsequent pick up of the truck were good. The location is too packed and the customers don't have a comfortable space to be in. I would recommend storing some of the stock in a storage area, while having some stock that the customers can view and purchase. The truck was mostly in good working condition, except for the drivers door - needs adjustment for a easy close. The wipers we're horrible and of course It was raining and the wipers we're so bad that I felt it was unsafe.

I had a reservation for a 26 foot van. Upon arrival they could not get it started and after 20 minutes they gave me another truck. The one they gave me was on empty. The store manager gave me some options and then told be he would take care of me. Upon my return of the vehicle the manager was there and he promptly told me he would adjust my bill for the inconvenience. He also made sure the rest of my experience was good. He definitely went above and beyond to make what started as a bad experience a good one. He deserves to be commended for his exemplary customer service! Art Groux
