Get some real people, that are happy, intelligent personal. Check all vehicles before leaving with customer that is renting that vehicle,have your personal person walk the customer to the vehicle, circle check and show customer how to work buttons, switches, etc. I'm a very unsatisfied customer , who deserves the owner to Call me. PAYMENT!!! I’m now having to wait days, because the payment process is absolute trash. 59, and 33 dollars had already been removed from my account. Therefore I should’ve only had to pay 25. Because y’all’s payment system is shit, they went ahead and took 108 out of my account. I could careless what miss communication happened. I want my money. The process should’ve been explained a little more clearly as well

Picking up was stressful I did everything on the web before I got there and still had to wait 20 minutes to get checked through, was asked the same stuff as on line. But the real kicker was when I returned the truck, parked the truck in the return lane and got allmost hit by the employee who was backing up a truck in front of me even though the arrows were going forward in the lane he backed up not checking if someone was behind him. Than came the attitude like it was my fault. No apology just attitude like I was the one doing something wrong. Employees like that that should not have contact with the public. The fact that he all most gave me a heart attack did not matter to him. Uhaul manuals tell us we should have a person behind the the trucks to guide us and make sure that there is nothing behind the truck should be the same for employees. Again his attitude was extremely disrespectful and out of place. I will never go through uhaul again for a truck rentals.

Hire people that know how to talk to people and take pride in their work. After speaking with your rep for 10 seconds I didnt even want to be there anymore. They were dismissive and didnt seem to care. Other locations in palmer and Wilbraham were much nicer but they didnt have the inventory. That shouldnt be your only benefit.

Only issue with the truck were the bugs crawling up the inside of the windshield while driving. Must have a nest under the dash or inside the door frames. When I reached my destination and unloaded the cargo the flying bugs were also in this area of the truck. The truck itself , no issues .
