The ONLY recommendation I would make is to add your local number to the paperwork (or staple a business card) to the folder. Otherwise, EVERY interaction I had with the staff at this facility was perfect. I've rented here several times before and always have the same experience: perfect. ~Warren Henderson

It appears I was overcharge on my total amount. I originally have this truck to be rent out from Eastlake and then I get a phone call late afternoon telling me I can pick it from Eastlake location. So I have to drive additional sixteen mile to pick the truck from another location when I only drove 12 mile total for the move but since U-Haul made a mistake I need it to pay more for the mileage to pick up and drop off the truck. Since this was U-Haul oversight I believe it's only fair for them to adjustments to their mistake and not charge more to pick up the truck that was suppose to be ready less .5 mile from my house.

Pickup took over 30 min. App would not load and the lady at the desk said she can't do anything. I was told that all fees were already paid when I picked up but then I got a $50 gas fee and some other amount added. I also asked for military discount and I got it initially but not on the gas fee. I wish I would have just used Budget.

First let me say I just used your truck on Wednesday at your Baltimore office and was perfect 5-10 and your out. Today they didn't have my size I wanted so they told me that the Massachusetts office had it. When I got to the Massachusetts office they actually didn't have wat I wanted and told me to put a credit card on file to reserve wat I wanted at the Spring Valley office. When I got there is when my worse experience ever was at that location. First you force me to use a check in system that is super flawed spent over 45 minutes just trying to check in and the password and next step didn't work!!!!! Even with your employees helping. Im not old or none tech friendly but I never been more frustrated in my life. I'm supposed to stay on a page that is opened from my email app than can't leave the page to get my confirmation code when half the time he email wouldn't even send. Than once I received my confirmation code the system locked up and nothing worked. Clearly seeing me upset and basically so mad I'm embarrassing my self with the frustration and your employee telling me I have to check in online when I'm in person and rather just print and sign my contract. Your employee finally canceled and did my check in and delivery in the store which I was asking to do after the first 5 out of 45 minutes spent trying to use your flawed system. I just rented from the Baltimore office on Wednesday and wasn't force to check in online only. I'm sorry but I will never use that location or and online forced check in ever again and will only that my services to the Baltimore office

The worst uhaul location I have been to. The service was terrible and they have no sense of urgency. They do not care about their customers time. They made the process a lot harder then any other uhaul location I have been too.

The physical location and logistics of this location are horrible. There is not adequate parking or space to drop off the Uhaul or to park a car while waiting.

Scheduling was jumbled mess, horriblely high bill that wasn't dislosed to me, and so on. Only good part of the experience was the counter woman that help me get the truck. Will NOT use uhaul again. Sad portion is uhaul is to big to care about my comments, why have a survey??

I had to do a checkin with my phone to make my transaction "faster", it wasn't. I was not sent the "email" to complete before arrival, and the general manager was not very friendly and seamed annoyed having to do my transaction manually. I followed all her instructions and when she tried to enter in my pick up number it didn't work which made my transaction longer. I will pay more money elsewhere and not have to deal with subpar service.

The customer service is now none existent due to the new do every thing online. It is very impersonal and I felt like I as a customer I didn't really matter. I do not like this change and I am a young adult so I am not sure if I want to come back in the future.
