Truck was returned just before I took possession. Bug splat all over it. Had to use a mallet style hammer to disengage the latch for the ramp. Otherwise the process was efficient. I was thankful to get a truck and trailer a day early as the weather was going to turn bad. Overall I was disappointed in the uhaul app and phone service as they promised things that didn't get into the "contract", extra miles were to be added for the inconvenience of getting the truck / trailer at a location not even close to my storage. I was expecting to get the truck in the Cheney area but had to go back and forth to downtown as I had to pick up a trailer at a different location once the truck was loaded and go back out to Cheney. It took extra time and gas to accomplish my task. Moving is hard enough without the inconvenience.

I have never been here before and it was 1st time in Spokane. This place is hard core repair shop and they were busy turning wrenches. They informed me it was self service check and pointed me to where to park the trailer. There is not a lot of room to maneuver, E. Illinois Ave is is busy, awkward access. Bottom line its not what I was expecting and I did not know about the self check in. Phone reception was not good and the U-Haul app was not behaving. The guys were nice enough but they were involved with non U-Haul work. After I successfully backed the trailer into the spot, the main mechanic came out helped me check in the trailer, He was a nice about it and made the closure seem complete.. In the future - inform customers about the self check in and make sure they know how to do it. The guys at One point were cool.
PAUL FPickup went fine, they did not have the equipment requested. Drop off is another story. The process is not as clear as it should be.
ROBERT GHad difficulties using the Uhaul app to return the equipment. fortunately the staff was very kind to lend a hand
