The owner of FC Motorplex was exceptional in service and hospitality! I was truly impressed!! The app is still not as intuitive and easy to use as it could be. Overall though I am exceptionally impressed with how smooth my 6 * 12 trailer rental experience was!

Twice I've reserved a truck both times confirmed 24hrs out only to get there and they didn't have a truck very unsatisfied.

KATHRYN OWhen we picked the truck up we were told it just got returned so it hadn't been cleaned. We rented the 10ft truck to pick up a full kitchen of upper and lower cabinets (an hour away) what we didnt know until we arrived, was there were three very large tires with rims in the truck. Very heavy and very large. They took up so much space that we were barely able to fit the items we rented the truck for. It was a big hassle to try to work our items around these three large tires. We dropped the truck off after hours, so my husband came to the office to tell the owner what had happened and he was less than apologetic, and basically said...oh well. We were not at all impressed. We spent $100 and were treated like we should be grateful for getting a truck at all, even one that had items left in it. Unbelievable!
