When charging someone's card it should not have several holds of funds for the reservation. We were charged twice and the newer I was given is I don't know. Well if you charging someone's card you should know why.

I was charge for two days and I only had the equipment for 16 or so hours. The contract was for 24 hours. It took 30 or more minutes to get this straightened out and 4 people. This should never have happened. When I rented the equipment the representative asked me about what time I thought I would be returning the equipment. I said probably around 10am. I was there at 11am and I was charge for two days. Additionally, the representatives had rented out the equipment I was returning and the person was there waiting for me to return it. Again, this should never have happened! I understand trying to make as much as possible but to overcharge me and then make it a hassle to get the situation "fixed". To top things off one of the representatives all but called me a lier! I am not happy about this now and I was definitely not happy about it when it happened!

Service representatives told me I had to fold pads that were delivered to me unfolded and dirty or I would be charged an extra 50-100 dollars depending on the number of pads. Truck was delivered and returned with 3/8 tank of gas, but representative told me I needed to put in 3 more gallons or I would be charged 4 dollars per gallon by Uhaul to refuel to this level which was above the amount in the truck when i received it. It is my opinion that this location totally ripped me off and if I ever had to do business with them again I would rent my equipment elsewhere. I say this after many favotable experiences with Uhaul.

Had to wait while the GM was talking to another uhaul employee and the other employee before I could service my truck had been wrecked before I drove off with it driver door was bent see daylight between door and cab and no dolly's whatsoever I asked for two different kind did not have either in stock

it seems the employees are not very good at what they do and certainly not friendly on the phone. I was told I could only rent a moving truck one day and they would not rent the truck to me for one week. I ended up calling the national call center and the lady was kind and booked the truck for me. But the local branch was pathetic and seemed as if they were lost the entire time. Very embarrassing for Uhaul…..

Staff was not well trained or knowledgeable about their jobs. Jeffery, the agent I worked with, was chewing some sort of tobacco product and spitting it into an empty Gatorade bottle that was sitting on the counter we were at. Not professional at all.

I would recommend them for truck rentals but not for storage. The access door was blocked by parking spaces for cars and trucks. I had to park a distance from the door and roll the carts over a curb into the building and it was very inconvenient.

U-Haul trailer was quite used but in good condition. I asked for a trailer at least 52" wide to haul a lawn mower. They rented me a 5' trailer that was 51.5" wide. Had to remove part of the lawn mower but everything went well. I would recommend this place. The 5' x 9' trailers are not 5' wide, except for the outside. This is misleading.

I reserved a tow dolly. After driving 2 hours to pick it up they informed me that they didn't have one. They suggested that I call Go Uhaul and see if they could help. After waiting on the phone for 30 minutes and no one picking up, 8 decided to go back in to the store and see what they could do to help me out as I was now and hour behind schedule. The best solution ended up costing me nearly double what i had planned to pay. I am very disappointed in the fact that Uhaul allows people to reserve equipment they simply may not be there, and instead of giving a discount for poor logistics the customer is simply stuck with a higher bill. Quite aggravating.

I have already spoken to uhaul customer service about my experience this Saturday. I have a reference number I can refer to if contacted. I tried to pick up the truck via mobile device, didnt work. Went inside, got the keys, checked the truck and found my reserved appliance dolly was not in the truck. CSR informed me they were out. Proceeded to find one at a location down the road, went to pick it up and no one was there. Came back and found one that was at a landscaping company on w.o. ezell called MLS. Went and got the dolly but had to pay 10 plus put a 60 dollar deposit down. Jessie (CSR) stated I would get the $50 guarantee back because of the trouble. I also had to load my own blankets into the truck, they were not already in there as expected. Truck was fine. Went to return and the gentleman couldn't help me make sure refunds and deposits were returned. Was the second person to tell me "I just work here." Overall, very poor experience. Delayed my move by 1.5 hours.

Arrive at schedule 9am pickup only to find that it unmanned. Talk to two other and they been waiting nearly an hour trying to get hold of uhaul. I called another location and was able to get help for us. One fella called this location and they hang up on him. I want my $50 for my trouble and pain. Had to reschedule mover helper and loss 3 hrs on this bad experience.

Let me start by saying Mr. Farr is an exceptional employee. He epitomizes world class customer service even in the face of overwhelming odds to do his job. Now let’s discuss Uhaul and this location. I arrived around 2 to get my rental. Upon arriving I could tell something wasn’t working right as the line of vehicles being returned was backed out on to Whitney Rd. making entry and exit very difficult. However I was still able to get my rental and leave within about 20mins of arrival. Now the truck I ended up renting was to small (not Uhaul’s fault) I decided to rent a trailer instead. Here’s where UHaul failed miserably when I returned to the location it was chaos with return vehicles I counted over 12 vehicles in the return line. Mr Farr was by himself the gentleman who had been helping was off playing forklift operator with one man and ignoring the massive problem brewing at the rental return. Mr. Farr was working as hard as a person possibly could but could only do so much. I was impressed how he kept his cool even with the impatient and rude customers. Today UHaul failed Mr. Farr because where was the store manger or anyone else that works at this location? I did hear some asssociates had quit and after seeing What Mr. Farr was put through today I can see why. Whoever is in charge of this location should be terminated because to leave your customers dealing with this chaos, and one of your associates shows your complete lack of understanding how to run a business. As for me picking up the trailer I rented it took an hour to get it because it was boxed in from all the returned moving trucks. I believe at minimum a refund should be issued to me and Mr. Farr should have a weekend paid vacation from UHaul for him and his family.

Made reservation for 0700, but was called the day before with the message the store would not open until 0900. After arriving at 0900, I asked and was told the store opened at 0700. The wiring harness on the truck I received malfunctioned and I didn't have turn signals on the trailer. Troubleshooting took 15+ minutes. I did accept the truck/trailer because I was already behind schedule. Upon my return, I waited several minutes for someone to check in the equipment.
