We were given the opportunity to order an appliance dolly when we registered for the equipment online. When my daughter went in to pick up the truck there were none available. There was also no ramp on the truck.

I turned in the wrong key. I promptly returned the key but was charged 104.00 extra dollars. I was very upset and disappointed at the length the personnel took advantage and over charged me

Uhaul had cigarette ashes in it and smelled like smoke. The staff was friendly and unclear with when and what I would be charged upon return. Terrible experience and will not be returning or recommending.

The lady at the counter was very rude and short. She sent us away and after going to 2 other locations U-haul has us right back at this rude lady, who acted like we were a huge inconvenience to her the whole time.

We have used this location several times for various moving needs. I don't have only complaints but this was the first time we've got a truck and it still had other people's trash in it. It wasn't a big deal but that's why I didn't give 5 stars.

I confirmed with a UHaul representative that I would pick up the UHaul at 2:00pm. When I arrived no one was at the location. When I call the number directly, the message stated that they go to lunch from 1 until 2. There was a note in the window that stated they would be back at 2:30. At approximately 2:35 a worked appeared. I left a message that I was inconvenienced and therefore would be late to my destination, due to the 35 minute delay. The worker never addressed that time difference in my pick up. When I called back at 5:15pm to state that I would need to rent a storage unit she informed me that she got off work at 5:30 and could not help me. She then told the manager that I was the one that left the message and that I was rude. The store manager then got on the phone and told me that she did not want me at her location to go to Whitney Road. I could hear them talking about me the entire time. She went on to say that it was her day off and that she wasn't staying because I left a message. I inquired about the additional mileage that would be required to go to a different location and she stated it was not her problem and that she had no control over the mileage. She (Deborah/Debbie Bostic, manager) again told me that she didn't want me at her location. I find this kind of service extremely unprofessional. I did nothing to deserve this type of treatment. I feel that the site manager is a poor representation of the UHaul brand. The manner in which she spoke to me is totally unacceptable. It is not my fault that a representative confirmed a time for my reservation, I had to wait 37 minutes, and when I called the message said that lunch was from 1-2pm. When I arrived there was a note on the door that said 2:30. She told me the message should have been changed. Again, not my fault. She attempted to explain that she runs errands on Mondays, which is something she should discuss with the call center or work on the scheduling issue that exist. It should never be the customers fault. The fact that I had to wait 37 minutes was not addressed and when I told her (after being on the phone for 10 minutes) that I would be there before the 5:30 closing, her response was her worker didn't have time! She had been there all day doing nothing and now at closing someone wanted to come in... It would take too long and to go to Whitney Road. I have never had this type of blatant disrespect from a business establishment in my life. I would very much like to speak with someone about her professionalism.

I've utilized Uhaul several times in the past and had wonderful experiences. However, this time was much different. The younger lady behind the desk barely mumbled hello when I walked in. Then she ran through a quick list of responsibilities for renting the truck. Specifically she said "the tank is full so my truck needs to come back full." She wasn't rude...just not nice. In the past I've always been walked out to the truck to do the visual inspection along side the customer service rep, but she simply pointed from her desk. When I asked about the utility dolley that I requested, an older woman walked in and said that they don't have those and usually just provide a regular dolly for free. When I asked why I was charged for the larger dolly she just said that she didn't know. There was no explanation or reassurance that I wouldn't be charged for the item that was not available. Again, she wasn't rude...just not nice. Uhaul is great but the people at this site could be a lot nicer. I was left feeling like I was annoying them.

The manager on site extremely was rude and had a horrible attitude. I was not greeted upon entering the facility. She assigned me a uhaul that had not been cleaned. There was dried blood all over both seats as well as the wall between the seats and miscellaneous items left from the previous customers. I didn't notice the blood until I got home with the uhaul. I called the manager about the issue and all she said was "OKAY, it probably wasn't cleaned because it just come back" I had to ask her what could be done to resolve the issue. She advised me to come back and she "guessed"she would switch it out. I also noticed on my paperwork she notitaed the gas hand was on full but it was not. It was actually a quarter of the tank was missing. Upon returning to the facility I received no apology for the inconvenience. She stated that "she didnt have to apologize because she accommodated me." she also threw the keys to the replacement truck on the counter at me. And told me "the way you take it, you bring it back the same way" I advised her of my findings with the gas as well and she stated that it was full because she checked it in herself. I disagreed with her and advised her I would not be putting any gas back in the truck or paying for the mileage either since I had to bring it back. I asked Why would she check in a truck and not clean it then turn around and assign it back out to someone. The way she treated me was completely uncalled for and wrong. I will not be visiting that location again. And I will be contacting a corporate office as well.
