We went during business hours and there was no one there to take our return. There was no empty spots to park uhaul. Had to park blocking other trucks. Would have been helpful to have an employee to assist us with the return

Truck had not been swept out by the last renter, the driver's side side-view mirror was loose and needs tightening, ignition switch assembly is past it's prime and would not release the key without much fiddling. I think it is time to have this truck repaired or put up for sale as it is past its rental prime.

Enployee almost ran me over as he sped into the parking area thee minutes before opening. My reservation was not ready and the one employee seemed frustrated and upset while trying to put my rig together. Windows were dirty. We were told the rig would be ready to go.

The service at this location was great - friendly service, fairly quick even though I was third in line. It was a huge bummer, though, to have to be moved to a different location two days prior to pick up, and have to move back pick up time less than 12 hours prior to pick up. That could have been communicated far in advance. Losing that 1.5 hours really set us back in our move that day.

I got there right before they closed they guy didn't explain stuff to me and I myself didn't check the fuel ?? But there is NO Way that That I should have had to fill it up as paperwork said it was full when I only drove 6 miles No way !! Explain when I return it and was told I should of looked. Will never rent here again rip off

The guy who served us at the RockSt location in reno was a total dick!! he wanted to charge a $100 clean up fee, for dirt on the floor board and a light sweep of the cargo area. it took me about 5 minutes to resolve this problem, there was nothing out of the norm w the truck at all. I don't think this guy likes his job and made my experience miserable

I showed up to get my reserved rental at the time selected and it wasn't available the cashier didn't even have me in her system. I had to wait for her to contact someone to only be told that I was supposed to pick up in a whole different city. so I sent away without my reserved rental. I called a number and got it worked out but I asked about the $50 dollar reservation guarantee I was ignored. the second time I called to ask about the $50 dollar reservation guarantee we lost connection (or was hung up on). I was not happy. very sad because I have used Uhaul so many times in the past and was alway pretty good experiance.

Don't double charge their bank account. I brought the equipment in early, and under mileage agreed upon, yet my account was charged TWICE. I AM NOT HAPPY.

They charged me for a fridge dolly when I never received one plus they charged me for 3 more days then I asked for. I was told i would get a refund and a call back but never received either one.
