I recommend not using Two Tone Powersports as a dealer. Was a bad experience and I will never go back there again.
ROBERT WOperator was, seemingly, unaware I was to return the trailer to another business, proceed to ask numerous questions if I knew them, had their number, where they were located, etc. He also asked a lot of questions about the rental itself, what vehicle i was using to tow, how long I was renting for, how much i was paying. All of that information was on the rental request I made online. Why did he have to ask all these questions? It was extremely odd, as have rented several times and never been asked so many questions. Told him UHaul texted me and called me telling me to return it other than the renting location. He then seem satisfied and said Ok.
ERIC CI had a disappointing experience at this motorcycle shop. The owner was consistently unfriendly, never greeted me when I walked in, and wasn’t helpful when I asked about trailer rental charges — his only response was, “I don’t know.” It felt like customer service was not a priority. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re looking for a professional or welcoming rental experience.
SEMEN SNot whine when i leave It doesn't matter if I drop off the equipment and leave i didnt break anything. I don't need to stick around while your on the phone and wait longer when I'm on a dead line.
