Bare bones facility, but that's okay because the customer service was EXCELLENT!
BRITTNEY OPick up was awesome, easy, smooth, good communication, helpful fellow.
Cortney MI showed up shortly after they opened. The employee on shift didn’t know how to check in my equipment and I’d have to wait for the owner. Once owner showed up he quickly checked me out. Instructions to their location are bad on apps like Apple Maps.
Brent JLocation clean and inviting? Yes-ish. The location appeared tidy but the office was very dark. The young man who waited on me was helpful-ish. Appeared he wasn't very familiar with return process. Recommend-ish: Only game in town. Easy location, friendly enough folks, looked like variety of products available to rent.
